Is it me or dose that gyro horizon not moving ? Missed his show at this years BIAS 2015 :(

Rly late answer i know ;D but you lock them during aerobatics, older horizon gyros get damaged.

It is caged so it won’t move.

Why do You want it's moving? This is aerobatic, not regular fly.
