I own this product and have been trying to reach Plum's customer support for over 5 weeks, but no one will respond to their technical support email or support phone number. I believe this company is out of business, and would not recommend.
Meh...I'll wait until the AmazonBasic version with an assistant like Siri or Google or Alexa, lol.

Two questions. If you change (on the same side) from a RED to a White. My assumption is you have to pour part of a glass until all the red is out of the tubing? The needle looks pretty large compared to a Coravin. If you take the bottle out of the PLUM before it is finished will the cork seal (larger hole?) and preserve the wine?
It appears this place went under just like the Plum wine dispenser did.
Not sure what would have given you that impression. We just haven't had a chance to post in a while. Nothing we can do about Plum wine going out of business though -- it was a cool product. A real shame.

May want to update your video. In the video you say the cost is $1999 but your website has it priced at $2499. Was going to purchase @ $1999 but reconsidered when seeing the higher price.
