@@koosvriendloos5931 I actually found it the easiest cause I got so much experience from 1 and 2 that 3 felt easy. I don’t remember struggling on any encounter cause you can kinda bs your way to get the checkpoints.
@@alyfarid5202 Havent done brutal, but on crushing I thought 2 was easier than 1 with the exception of the boss fight on the train. I ended up putting the game down, did my crushing run on UC 3 and then came back to finish UC 2.
30:56 I've been playing lost legacy on crushing and at some points got really frustrated with the inconsistencies making me have to replay the same sequences over and over again. I was planning to replay uncharted 2 on crushing, but seeing that it has an even more difficult setting it totally ruins my motivation (and urge to completion) to the point where I'm wondering what I'm doing with my life, trying to tackle dodgy gameplay because there's a trophy attached to it. I think I'll stick to the fun side of the gameplay spectrum. I mean, I like a challenge but when you're wrestling with inconsistent controls and spawn kills, you lose any sense of control or actual skill progression, and it feels like a luck of the draw situation. Good thing I found this video and saved myself the trouble and waste of time.

By complete accident, I got the Survivor trophy on my Brutal playthrough this morning. I had started the Brutal playthrough about 6 months ago, and then given up near the very end of Chapter 13 (specifically the part where you have to kill the enemies before the helicopter shoots those two rockets to disconnect the cart). I got back into it a week or so ago, and finally managed to get through to Chapter 25. I pretty much stayed in one place, only shooting if I knew I had a clear headshot and swapping weapons before picking up more ammo (so I could avoid the 2-3 bullet refill and get a 60 bullet refill instead). It had been so long since I played the game that I forgot that enemies spawned infinitely until you moved close to their spawn. It was only when the Survivor trophy popped that it clicked in my mind. I then moved to the spawn point and was instantly one-shotted.
17:24 that reminds me of my first playtrough, where i couldnt get past the aquaduckt before the final boss, then left the game for a few years, played it again this year, bet it on the easiest difficulty. Good times

@@jtplays1 I was missing brutal only to platinum 100%. Day 1 i said to myself lets do it. After dying more than 300 times and stuck at level 12 i said thats it i had enough. Next day i went to google and search for brutal with tweaks thank god i had disc version. After that i got brutal done in less than 3h and 15min😂

I just finished uncharted 2 on brutal yesterday and immediately speedrun in 1st try, but I knew the restart checkpoint tactic beforehand, honestly you're way faster than me, I've 100% completed uncharted 1, 4 and lost legacy including dlc just need the miscellaneous trophies for 2 and brutal and the rest for 3 cause I already did crushing
I really admire you for sticking with it and getting through that Brutal playthrough. I did them all sometime last year and it took an insane amount of patience to get past those spawn deaths - mine happened to me in exactly the same spots. I love the games but Brutal really pushed me beyond my limits Be warned because I found Uncharted 3 the worst of all (though less spawn deaths) Good luck!
If you are not using the glitch for the cheats the hardest one is the first one. The enemies dodge your bullets. The normal enemies are literal tanks . It was just unbearable
@@Dova722 I was not using glitches - I wasn’t aware there were any, and the first one definitely had its moments and I genuinely found 3 to be the most difficult. Uncharted 2’s falling building spawn death was the most infuriating though
@Mr Valentine90 wasn't accusing. The AI in UCN 1 was actually smarter than any AI I have ever seen in a video game. UCN 2 had the easiest enemies and UCN 3 was normal in my opinion but I fully understand what you mean.

And I just wanted to say that I wouldn't mind if your videos were just a little bit longer, just to see more fails : Sometimes, it can be hilarious XD I also wanted to suggest you some games to platinum with a nice challenge : -Aliens vs predator (2010) : If you're familiar with the ALIEN franchise you know what to expect, especially the "marine" campaign with the motion captor in nightmare difficulty can be pretty scary ;) -the batman arkham serie -Mortal kombat (2011) -Kane & lynch 2 dog days (2010) : a cover-shooter in the same way as uncharted but in the gangster universe (the first one doesn't have trophies I think) The only problem is the online trophies since they're old ps3 games, the servors are empty or closed (the only way are to boost with friends or focus only on single player trophies and forget the online ones). So sorry for my bad english :)
Place some duct tape on your aim point on your screen to track your enemies while you're in cover and this is gonna make the brutal difficulty a bit easier
I completed U2 Crushing difficulty last night, (I didn’t think it was that bad and if anything easier than U1). Straight after I jumped into Brutal and now doing that before the speed runs
Well, brutal in Uncharted 3 isn't nearly as bad, the enemy moves are pretty predictable, the only real problems are when enemies sneak up on you in a wide area so your choice of cover location is very important.
For this game the hardest parts for me on Brutal were the Borneo fights, the helicopter sections, the defend your position part before Elena picks you up, the whole train section, defending the village and inside Shamballa. I actually managed to beat Lazaravic first try 😂 Honestly 3 might be the hardest for brutal. It has a ton of unrelenting combat

The reason the psn profile put 9/10 in difficulty for the extended trophies was because the glitch for the infinite ammo and one shot kill glitch was patch on the second game yet it was still on the 1st and 3rd one 🤣
Brutal was a horrid difficulty it almost made me do something Brutal to my controller especially that last boss but i did it and the many deaths to show for it.
I will agree that brutal on uncharted 2 is one of the hardest things I’ve done, but looking back on it it’s not really worthy of being a 9/10 in difficulty I’d probably say it’s a 7/10 instead
I would probably agree, it is difficult but it’s not really hard skill wise, it’s just rng and luck most of the time. Definitely harder games out there that are a 9/10

Uncharted on brutal was easier, uncharted 3 even easier and uncharted 2 i just stopped at borneo behind the window where u have 1 grenade and I know many parts where u cant survive like u showen in the video so I didnt go for that maybe one day on stream or something xd

I did all 3 games on Brutal, and Uncharted 2 Brutal was legit the hardest difficulty i have ever completed.
I personally found it easier than drakes fortune, but the train section was harder than all of drakes fortune. How is 3? Cause I’m gonna attempt it.

You can still turn on the tweaks on Brutal difficulty you just have to be offline.

The constant meme interjections and unfunny zoomer humour made this video unwatchable.
Fuck this game in particular. Brutal is just not fun nor enjoyable. Feels like pure luck.
5/10 difficulty? Come on man this Platinum is not that hard, i'll say its 2/10 my opinion
