Her other comments too.... like "yes I will promise you will sleep tonight.... infinitely" and "I will shoot them... ok you're my first" and the fact she's apparently harmfully pinching her mom's face as she's appearing to try and hold it with love and care and concern saying "you're beautiful you're beautiful".... the fact that she LOVED the photo of the car engulfed in flames........anything said to her is in one ear and out the other....very unnerving. I wouldn't even call this mental health anymore like how is that term used so widely nowadays it's confusing stupid people smh....
Holy fuck, I dated Tonantzyn’s cousin and knew her, her sister and her mom well. She was nice to me but she dated a couple of my friends and they said she was batshit crazy. Her mom was a hella nice lady. What a tragedy… RIP Olivia Beltran.

This is sadder than most gore videos I've seen cus wtf. The mom venting her heart out to her daughter, telling her she believes in her and that she can fight her demons only for her daughter to plunge a knife into her body over and over until she's dead is crazy.
The horror of being stabbed to death is tragic enough but it's unfathomable knowing it's your very own daughter who is taking your life! I cannot even begin to imagine!! Rest in peace beautiful lady!! 🙏
She even said to the daughter, "I don't want you to go to jail, don't take the law into your own hands.". Referencing the daughter shooting people she was dealing with. This is tragic

Yaaaas! I replayed this over and over, about 15 times. And oh boi did I pick up on a lot! To me, this was like her “suicide note” her “good byes” to her mom. BUT the other way around actually. Sadly this was totally premeditated murder. 1) Mom kept apologizing for NOT being there for them. I’m Assuming, Benji was Mom‘s BF or their stepfather. AND his ass was a PDF! 2) Mom was telling her she needed to get her stuff out?! Hmm… sounds like she wasn’t allowing her to stay there any longer. Hence NO place for her to live any longer. (Becoming homeless) She was way too calm, for this news. WAY too calm. And May have been 1 of the reasons why they were at the police depart to begin with?! 🤔 3) Mom was being totally calm, reflecting, and compassionate with her, while also saying that “YOU are hurting me”! And “I understand what’s gonna happen next”!😢 4) Mom kept apologizing, over and over again. Like she knew this wouldn’t end well. (mom’s intuition.) OR (last rights)😢 5) She kept saying to her, “indefinitely, indefinitely, indefinitely”!!! So eerie!!! 6)Mom, “No, No, No…. Don’t shoot them, you’ll be in JAIL”! Prediction or God’s renovations?! 🤔 7) AND she DID this all LIVE so the whole world could and would 👀 her get her version of “Justice and Revenge” in her mind it was taken away from her, in her childhood. And Lastly, 8) You’ll be my FIRST! Ouchie! (Was she thinking there’s others?) So, so sad! Her mom totally knew from that moment forward, that their lives wouldn’t ever be the same. Actually, they both knew. It was their way of “goodbyes” to each other, weirdly. One way or another. Truly awful. 👀 how just 1 effing man can and DID destroy so many lives, with his disgusting actions. None of them were ever the same way again. This truly needs to STOP! We as a society, need and MUST do better to protect and change laws. Cuz this shite isn’t working, and it never has. I’m sending prayers for her sister. Yes that just creeped me out. She said it so, idk like it was just regular conversation. I wonder if her mom caught that? She needed to be sectioned. Wanting to hurt others and acting like nothing, just regular conversation in her head, was a sure sign and red flag that she needed to be evaluated ASAP. The mother did everything possible to get her help but once their 18, you can't force them. Gotta go to court to get an order to section them. Praying for this family 🙏🏻🥺💜

Oh my gosh this is just heartbreaking. That poor mom’s heart was breaking for her child who she knew was severely ill and her child did that to her. I’m pretty desensitized to the true crime genre but this one really hurt as a mom of 2 daughters myself.
I'm not a mother, so I can't even image to comprehend what it'd be like seeing your daughter like that, wanting to try your best to help, but ultimately falling victim to a tragic death.

Why does going viral matter if they spend the rest of their life in prison? What do they actually get out of that? There's nothing exciting about it, nothing to look forward to, they don't get to enjoy "fame" if they're rotting in prison. Instead of experiencing all of the beauty that life has to offer, they instead spend life in a cell, eating garbage food, and never have privacy or freedom again. Why is that a goal for people like this? When you could choose to be anything and anyone, you could be famous for being talented and working hard at learning an instrument, singing, playing sport, making people laugh, being philanthropic, study medicine & discover a cure to disease, etc? I can't wrap my head around why unaliving someone and spending life in prison is a goal for anyone. She was a pretty girl, could have even modeled or something if she had aspirations. Her poor mum seems so sweet & concerned for her daughter and this girl unalived the only person on this planet who will ever truly love her no matter what wrong she does. A mother's love is so strong. It's such a shame really that this girl was such a nasty person.
You realize this girl is clearly having a severe mental health breakdown right? This isn’t being “ungrateful”. Also, allegedly this girl was sexually abused by a guy when she was a child and the mother was aware of it. This is tragic for everyone involved, but calling it ungrateful is missing the mark horribly.

@ There is a difference between crazy and being insane. People who are crazy can still somewhat be functional as a human being, they just do off the wall shit. People who are truly insane generally have no idea what’s going on, they can’t function on any level, and they generally don’t even know when they have done something wrong. Hence the people that are found to be insane generally get lesser sentences and in some cases don’t go to prison at all, but psyche wards for less time. The people that self diagnose “insanity” are usually not insane, they want an easy sentence.
@ Insane by court standards is different than by public standards. Court standards pretty much means the person is not a functional adult, they have no idea what’s going on, and if they did something wrong they either don’t even know they did the crime, or know they did it but don’t believe what they did was wrong. This girl was constantly talking about revenge and killing people, so she knows it’s a bad thing. So, she might be crazy and off her meds, but she’s not insane by court standards. She’s pleading insanity to get a light sentence.

I had a very rough upbringing. Grew up with strangers, was homeless with three kids, and still didn't want to kill and choose a reckless path. Our past does not define our present. We either have the willpower to break the chain or live like a victim.

My brother tried to kill my mother and I by hiring a gang he was involved in to come 'rough us up and r@pe us'. I overheard him (drug addicts are wildly dumb) telling them about the laptop I owned, my ipad, anything of value we had, and that they could take whatever they wanted, as long as they left us to my brother once they beat us up within an inch of our lives. My mother and I immediately got a hotel room and watched from the hotel on our security cameras as a group of 10 men and my brother showed up with bats, sticks, knives, etc, all knocking on our doors and windows at the time they discussed - 8 pm. We had locked my brother out so he couldn't get in with all of his friends. He was on meth, and schizophrenic from being on it for so many years. Drugs change people -- and it's both sad and terrifying. You think to yourself that your loved one would never be able to do that to you, but then it does. My heart breaks for this mother and her family. Because even after scary situations, you gaslight yourself into thinking your family member meant the best. This reminded me of him, watching these videos of this woman. Seriously feel for anyone in this type of situation.

Oh my goodness! That must have been terrifying! Thank God you and your mom weren't home! You are very right about drugs changing people. My 22 yo son is a meth addict and also became a schizophrenic from using. Earlier this year, I wouldn't let him into my house (he doesn't live with me) but came pounding on my door late at night. He was high. I told him no and went back to bed. About an hour later, my house was on fire. It was so awful! Caused all kinds of damage and it broke my heart. I never thought in a million years that he would ever do something like that. He used to be a good boy and was raised with love and support. No abuse. A really good home. So sad.

I've never I'm my life thought I would see my town in a video and know the family. This loss was devastating to the town she was a wonderful human being always helped out the community. As for her I hope she gets life and rots. She was doing good on her meds and one day just stopped and went back to using. This whole thing is fucked up RIP Olivia😢❤

I really don’t know how she can go with an insanity defense , especially with the previous video of her in the car conversing with her mom, and the on of her killing her mom that’s going to be really hard to overcome, All i can say is there are quite a few cases out there that have made me lose faith in our justice system, let’s just hope this is not another one! What? You don't know how she can go with an insanity defense, but she is clearly out of her mind in every video we see of her.. Her hand movements, words, grabbing her moms face and pinching her ear, she was experiencing psychosis or another extreme mental health problem. That isn't a defense of her, my heart breaks for her mom and I wish so badly none of this happened but who would be a candidate for an insanity defense if shes not one ?
@@tessaelto1472 an insanity defence requires a mental illness or disease that makes it impossible for a defendant to know they were committing a crime or to understand that their actions are wrong. It is very different than suffering with mental illness, as has been proven by the number of defendants who were denied the right to use this defence while having documented histories of mental illness and/or drug use. It is a very difficult defence to prove. Be safe!

To be found not guilty by reason of insanity one has to have lost all connection with reality and not understood their actions at all. If they, even while insane, knew what they were doing was wrong then they aren't legally insane. Take The Joker from Batman for instance, he's *clearly* insane, but in the real world he'd be found guilty of his crimes and sentenced to prison, not Arkham, because he knows the difference between right and wrong. He knows, even in his own twisted mind, that what he's doing has a deleterious effect on others around him. The woman in the video may be mentally unwell, but she clearly understands enough about the world around her to know that stabbing her mother to death is wrong.

I'm no doctor but she seems to be extremely manic and delusional in some clips but then it also seems like she may blame her mother for some abuse in her past? It sounds like she says "you'll be my first" to her mom around 15:00 and also talks about murdering ppl then too. She is obviously not right but why? But I believe it is a choice and drugs or mental illness doesn't make ppl a murderer. There seem to be very rare psychotic episodes where a person may harm but like I said I'm in no way qualified to say. Very sad.

She states that she blurts things out without knowing what she is saying. She didn't say she would act up on it. So she had to know what she was doing.
"they'll get there and when they get there, it's beyond. You don't know what's waiting for you!" As she enters the car with her mom. Then telling her she's going to sleep infinitely. All premeditated, no breakdown or spur of the moment thing. I see so many mothers thinking they can get through to their very disturbed and troubled adult children. At some point you just have to have them committed/ removed from the home for your own safety and the safety of others.
Seems like childhood trauma combined with some sort of mental illness and substance abuse lead to all this boiling over. I feel bad for the mother it's clear she wanted to help her daughter but was overwhelmed by the situation.
So hard to watch a life disintegrate before your eyes! That's what this Mom Olivia was seeing and trying so hard to stop from continuing! The daughter was definitely going to kill her mom in the idea of helping her in her own mind, but she knew it was wrong too. I send my deepest condolences to the family for the tragedies of both lives being destroyed.

Theory: people who say the forces of nature are responsible for their behavior are often people who don’t have a lot of self regulation. Sometimes that’s just free spirited, but a lot of the time the same people don’t even think to take responsibility for their actions.
There is no force of nature or evil responsible directly to what anyone decides to do of their own accord , but can most definitely be an influencer in many ways ,from the beginning of the video it feels negatively off ,also the way she speaks to her mom was extremely eerie ,at the end of the day/life shes responsible for her act that she decided to go through with,so yeah by that logic your right but she definitely seems influenced by evil spirits in someway shape or form in my opinion @@herboilingpoint

That video is heartbreaking. Her mamas pain, guilt, and fear for her child are palpable. It kinda crazy seeing the two sides of this girl in extremes. It's hard to say if her behavior is genuine or drug induced. I have seen that exact change in meth addicts as well where they literally change the second it hits their system. Saw a body cam of the same exact thing but it was a son. When the police shot him the mother said "I'd rather you kill me then you die in my arms." A mother's love is a unimaginably powerful thing.
So what the mom said "I'm sorry that I let Benji hurt you and your sister. When you told me I believed you remember?" Which hints to the possibility that the moms BF abused her and her sister and that's what triggered her mental illness.
I don't give a sh** what happened to them. Plenty of people have gone through that and we get counseling and heal, not kill people, let alone our moms.

1) Mom kept apologizing for NOT being there for them. I’m Assuming, Benji was Mom‘s BF or their stepfather. AND his ass was a PDF!
2) Mom was telling her she needed to get her stuff out?! Hmm… sounds like she wasn’t allowing her to stay there any longer. Hence NO place for her to live any longer. (Becoming homeless) She was way too calm, for this news. WAY too calm. And May have been 1 of the reasons why they were at the police depart to begin with?! 🤔
3) Mom was being totally calm, reflecting, and compassionate with her, while also saying that “YOU are hurting me”! And “I understand what’s gonna happen next”!😢
4) Mom kept apologizing, over and over again. Like she knew this wouldn’t end well. (mom’s intuition.) OR (last rights)😢
5) She kept saying to her, “indefinitely, indefinitely, indefinitely”!!! So eerie!!!
6)Mom, “No, No, No…. Don’t shoot them, you’ll be in JAIL”! Prediction or God’s renovations?! 🤔
7) AND she DID this all LIVE so the whole world could and would 👀 her get her version of “Justice and Revenge” in her mind it was taken away from her, in her childhood.

Why does going viral matter if they spend the rest of their life in prison? What do they actually get out of that? There's nothing exciting about it, nothing to look forward to, they don't get to enjoy "fame" if they're rotting in prison. Instead of experiencing all of the beauty that life has to offer, they instead spend life in a cell, eating garbage food, and never have privacy or freedom again. Why is that a goal for people like this? When you could choose to be anything and anyone, you could be famous for being talented and working hard at learning an instrument, singing, playing sport, making people laugh, being philanthropic, study medicine & discover a cure to disease, etc? I can't wrap my head around why unaliving someone and spending life in prison is a goal for anyone. She was a pretty girl, could have even modeled or something if she had aspirations. Her poor mum seems so sweet & concerned for her daughter and this girl unalived the only person on this planet who will ever truly love her no matter what wrong she does. @ There is a difference between crazy and being insane. People who are crazy can still somewhat be functional as a human being, they just do off the wall shit. People who are truly insane generally have no idea what’s going on, they can’t function on any level, and they generally don’t even know when they have done something wrong. Hence the people that are found to be insane generally get lesser sentences and in some cases don’t go to prison at all, but psyche wards for less time. The people that self diagnose “insanity” are usually not insane, they want an easy sentence.
@ Insane by court standards is different than by public standards. Court standards pretty much means the person is not a functional adult, they have no idea what’s going on, and if they did something wrong they either don’t even know they did the crime, or know they did it but don’t believe what they did was wrong. This girl was constantly talking about revenge and killing people, so she knows it’s a bad thing. So, she might be crazy and off her meds, but she’s not insane by court standards. She’s pleading insanity to get a light sentence.

My brother tried to kill my mother and I by hiring a gang he was involved in to come 'rough us up and r@pe us'. I overheard him (drug addicts are wildly dumb) telling them about the laptop I owned, my ipad, anything of value we had, and that they could take whatever they wanted, as long as they left us to my brother once they beat us up within an inch of our lives. My mother and I immediately got a hotel room and watched from the hotel on our security cameras as a group of 10 men and my brother showed up with bats, sticks, knives, etc, all knocking on our doors and windows at the time they discussed - 8 pm. We had locked my brother out so he couldn't get in with all of his friends. He was on meth, and schizophrenic from being on it for so many years.
Drugs change people -- and it's both sad and terrifying. You think to yourself that your loved one would never be able to do that to you, but then it does. My heart breaks for this mother and her family. Because even after scary situations, you gaslight yourself into thinking your family member meant the best. This reminded me of him, watching these videos of this woman.

Oh my goodness! That must have been terrifying! Thank God you and your mom weren't home! You are very right about drugs changing people. My 22 yo son is a meth addict and also became a schizophrenic from using. Earlier this year, I wouldn't let him into my house (he doesn't live with me) but came pounding on my door late at night. He was high. I told him no and went back to bed. About an hour later, my house was on fire. It was so awful! Caused all kinds of damage and it broke my heart. I never thought in a million years that he would ever do something like that. He used to be a good boy and was raised with love and support. No abuse. A really good home. So sad.

It is very different than suffering with mental illness, as has been proven by the number of defendants who were denied the right to use this defence while having documented histories of mental illness and/or drug use. It is a very difficult defence to prove. Be safe!

To be found not guilty by reason of insanity one has to have lost all connection with reality and not understood their actions at all. If they, even while insane, knew what they were doing was wrong then they aren't legally insane.
Take The Joker from Batman for instance, he's *clearly* insane, but in the real world he'd be found guilty of his crimes and sentenced to prison, not Arkham, because he knows the difference between right and wrong. He knows, even in his own twisted mind, that what he's doing has a deleterious effect on others around him.
The woman in the video may be mentally unwell, but she clearly understands enough about the world around her to know that stabbing her mother to death is wrong.

Why did she stop taking her meds and go back to drugs? I'm no doctor but she seems to be extremely manic and delusional in some clips but then it also seems like she may blame her mother for some abuse in her past? It sounds like she says "you'll be my first" to her mom around 15:00 and also talks about murdering ppl then too. She is obviously not right but why? But I believe it is a choice and drugs or mental illness doesn't make ppl a murderer. There seem to be very rare psychotic episodes where a person may harm but like I said I'm in no way qualified to say. Very sad.

She said in the beginning don't worry Imma let you sleep tonight and after she started repeating infinitely. Implying she was gonna let her Mom sleep forever. She states that she blurts things out without knowing what she is saying. She didn't say she would act up on it. So she had to know what she was doing.
"they'll get there and when they get there, it's beyond. You don't know what's waiting for you!" As she enters the car with her mom. Then telling her she's going to sleep infinitely. All premeditated, no breakdown or spur of the moment thing. I see so many mothers thinking they can get through to their very disturbed and troubled adult children. At some point you just have to have them committed/ removed from the home for your own safety and the safety of others.
Seems like childhood trauma combined with some sort of mental illness and substance abuse lead to all this boiling over. I feel bad for the mother it's clear she wanted to help her daughter but was overwhelmed by the situation.
So hard to watch a life disintegrate before your eyes! That's what this Mom Olivia was seeing and trying so hard to stop from continuing! The daughter was definitely going to kill her mom in the idea of helping her in her own mind, but she knew it was wrong too. That video is heartbreaking. Her mamas pain, guilt, and fear for her child are palpable. It kinda crazy seeing the two sides of this girl in extremes. It's hard to say if her behavior is genuine or drug induced. I have seen that exact change in meth addicts as well where they literally change the second it hits their system. You can almost see a demon take over their mind and body.
She's saying nothing but beautiful things to her and showing how much she loves and wants her to be safe. Rest in peace to this beautiful mother 🙏
