- On a recent day at the port of Bundaberg I was met with both success and failure as i flicked plastics along the north wall... My first two Grunter out of the Burnett, biggest going 42cm, to start the day and two massive fish of unknown species taking me to school and putting me to shame...
hahaha the beauty of fishing even if u hate it youll be back for more.. ,👍

OMG felt yapain on thst second last one
Ah man.. absolute spewing you lost those fish. So keen to know what that first one was. great stuff tho!
+Timothy Moss tell me about it! I think what I should have done after getting the hook up and first run was to loosen the drag a touch and try play it out a bit more... Ah well I'll be back for round two and fingers crossed I'll land a few stonkas!
One would think a nice Golden or small GT? My sympathy goes out to you mate.
+Glenn Ryder in that river it's anyone's guess! Crazy amount of variety!
we been getting a few big cod and mackerel there
+stibrumby09 tried again today... Couldn't find any monsters sigh!
+The Brisbane River Boys
Thats no good, got a few big flattys near the little creek entrance near strathdees "old fairy crossing" on Saturday. If ya chasing some more flattys.
+stibrumby09 did manage another 60cm+ flat fish and a new PB 46cm grunter as well as a host of smaller fish... Yet to check that creek out but it's defs on the list!

That was one fish that you lost. Was dying to see it. Oh well
+Jacobcirrus/ Leo Messi - Fan me too!
👍 👍 👍 👍
Also wandering if u could make a vid of ur rod set up from sinker to hook or lure
last one woulda been a solid jack ...up the line
Pulled a 50cm Jack on lighter gear yesterday... This one felt like a BIG cod! No screaming run just a heavy weight which couldn't be moved... Almost felt like a snag but could feel tail beats
Nice catch, nice kayak I'm looking at buying one are the sides of good height above water.
Goin for a paddle there 2morow
That rod looks way heavier then 1-3kg.
+coopadupa yeah video makes them look thick when it's close to the camera
where's this river mate?
Middle of Bundaberg in Queensland, Australia
Your drag was a bit too tight or the knot wasn't strong enough
+Rasheed Chami yeah drag too tight I think is where I went wrong... That and the fish had the lure right down its gob by the way the leader was frayed...
What do you think it was?
Jew or Barra never know for sure
