You will be surprised when you travel to Southern Africa, the more you go down the more empty the streets are, also southern Africa countries no boda boda or tuktuk. Even in dar the boda and tuk tuk were banned to operate within CBD but allowed during corona, since then the government have forgotten to ban them again
