Thinking about them only creates a false amazing perfect picture of them that is not real. You then give them credit as that picture, but they are not that when you are rejected you see that and move on FAST. Then ironically, they come back. Good luck

I didn’t realise until not so long ago that we are the only ones stopping us from getting what we want and as you said in your short video. Let go of the old to bring in the new, I never thought I had an old about my DF but I did and now I have let it go because I’ve always known she was mine so why think otherwise.
Totally true. I have been having some anger issues lately. I have been listening to affirmations and affirming myself as well, and i really feel more released. I had a question tho. While I was napping, I was visualizing, said some affirmations as well. I was waking up and falling back asleep and waking up and falling back asleep. Was I doing Sats at any moment? LoL

Im trying to affirm to myself my girlfriend of 4 years is returning today. She told me it dosnt mean forever. She wanted time apart but broke up with me to do so. She said" i cant put a time frame on my healing and your change in behavior" so its not forever she even told me its not unless xyz i dont change. So how can i manifest her in my life again how do i recieve that reconciliation phone call or text where i get to show her i am what she seeks ive always been what she seeks. Manifest that communication im still waiting for. I literally manifested this negative outcome the "breakup" even the last text i recieved i manifested that text from her instantly. The problem is im not getting much result with anything its as if my manifestating power is only working towards negatives or minimally working towards my actual manifestation. Help appreciated kind soul ^_^ thank you
Matt, do you do just 1 affirmation on loop with your 5-10 minutes in the morning or do you do a few affirmations? For the same subject, or more than 1 thing? 😊

I don’t understand robotic affirming. When I affirm something, after awhile, I decide it true and don’t really desire to affirm anymore. If I keep going, I start to feel like I’m affirming to make it come faster which means I don’t think I have it, right?
What if you do affirming before you go to sleep but have dreams of the exact opposite? Should you just revise the affirmations to help change those dreams? I keep having this issues which cause my anxiety to be high first thing in the morning as soon as I wake up

Hard disagree. I've affirmed while not believing or feeling it will work. I was affirming for a guy to bring me flowers and he did :) didn't think it would so I was genuinely surprised when he picked me up with a bouquet in hand. Mind you it was like our ~7th date and he said himself he's not the romantic type. Not in my reality though lol
Well, so many things happened in our life, good or bad, regardless of our conscious belief. The key (and my current understanding) is when it impresses on the subconscious - I would love to know the moment it does, or the state that I know the impression was successful (belief then generally follows once as you see it in the 3D). I’ve heard opinions like your thoughts can be automatically from the state of having the thing once it impressed. The fun part will be we never know when it does, until we see it. I yet have to test this all more^^

You can use music if yuo desire. My view is to relieve yourself of those thoughts in the moment and then get back to the affirmations.

I tend to have about 3 - 5 I loop. I will vary the subjects in the 5 - 10 mins if I have multiple things I want

You can just let it play. However, if you want to be more effective, focus on it and maybe repeat the affs as it goes
