Condolences about the loss of your dog. How do you and your family manage your time together around work, training and other life commitments. There's obviously a lot that goes into your training over and beyond the fact that you have a 'regular' (whatever that means) job - as I understand it.
Hi Wes! Great news, My right foot Is healed!🎉🎉 Or Is on the right way 'cause I ran 7km Last day and I felt no pain, no stress and no hassle! I can't describe how I felt to Run Again...i was so Happy! 😋😋 Now in the next weeks I'll increase, very slowly, more km in my Runs and I think that in May, maybe, I can Run a Little race. 💪🏻 I see you in great shape Wes, but have you ever had a Major injury? I Remember a DNF in a old race for some problems in a foot, right? And After a long Ultra Like Moab or Cocodona how long you Need to recover before to feel at 100%? So thank you very much for your time, have a great week and "see you on the Road"! 😊😊🇮🇹
That's great news about your foot! I'm so excited for you! I have had a major injury! I've screenshotted your question and I'll include it in next week's episode. Thank you!
Well done Wes...always inspirational in a very natural way...Wes, how frequently will you hit the trails with the full 5L of hydration before Cocodona ?...keep on keeping on...
Good work!! I'll have to check iut that hot tub! I have been doing hot baths since we don't have a sauna but I like how you can stretch out more in a hot tub.
Hey Wes, nice progress with your training. I wonder if you have considered doing hot yoga? This would double up your yoga and heat training. It was actually something I heard from Candice Burt on a podcast. Happy running!
How have your support crew "trained" over the years and the tips and tricks they have learned to make it all go smoothy for them? Do you have specific crew for specific events?
Thanks for answering my question, and for your honesty! Keep up the great work!
Thanks for being a part of it Chad! 🙌🏼

Mine has been a good value. Pretty inexpensive and the last two years I felt like it helped me at Cocodona. 🙌🏼
Thanks!!

Oh Great question! I’m adding this to next week.
Hello Wes!
Hi Joseph! 🙌🏼
How have your support crew "trained" over the years and the tips and tricks they have learned to make it all go smoothy for them? Do you have specific crew for specific events?
I'll tell you about my crew in next week's video. Thanks for the question!
What is your ideal pack size for a 200?
Great question Brad! I'm planning to add this to next week's Q&A! Thanks.
