I am not surprised that the judge didn’t do the visitation rights and possibly have Child Protective Services come check on how both families and the parents of the child react to one another. Cause I don’t say this not just for me and everyone else but for this child I feel so horrible that this poor little boy has parents on both sides that keep arguing and fighting about how and who this child should be with or see the other side of the family parents.

He chose to have unprotected intercourse, he chose to not be involved during the pregnancy, he chose to not get a paternity test once the baby was born, and he chose to have basically naught to do with his life for three years. However, according to his mother, it's everyone else's fault, and the baby's mother and grandmother are "just money hungry" for wanting financial support to raise the child they created together. If he doubted paternity then get a test when he was weeks or months old, not years later. Both the paternal grandmother and the father would be so difficult to deal with. I hope the mother and maternal grandmother can be the little one's greatest support system and keep him away from all the crazy.

He knew there was a strong chance he was the father, he had every opportunity to get involved and be there in more ways than one, he had the opportunity to get a paternity test done when the baby was born (hospitals offer that!) but he chose not to.
