Oh Peter, this was food porn for me! I have never heard of this dish before, but I won’t forget it. Bread, fat, pork, garlic…all the things I live for! I don’t give a damn about expensive jewelry or clothes but all the things in this dish are what makes my heart sing! The scenery was splendid but the footage of you cooking the dish in the breeze was the best! Thanks! 😎
Best enjoyed in nice clothes with expensive jewellery, but one can go rustic too. Thanks for watching again Kimberly - I always think of you when filming these now!
@@Petespans I hope you didn’t just say that because you wanted me to give you that extra (+) that I withheld a few videos back for lack of a cat. Truth be told, you had it anyway! 🙂
Have you tried adding fresh grapes (preferably white) once the migas are on the plate? They add a unique sour-sweet, refreshing crunchiness to the whole dish.
Really enjoy these, thank you. I shared with a wonderful FB food group I'm in, hopefully we'll get you a few more subscribers. Let me know if you pass through Adissan in Languedoc. I have family there, no doubt you could pause for a glass and a meal.
I’ve eaten migas in Ujue! What memories! They are indeed the best!
Another lovely location with spectacular scenery. And another great recipe to try! Thank you.
Loving all the content, safe travels!

Now that is a breakfast!
Pete, I think you should have your own travel show out there, focused and well produced like your YT channel. I'm working to get you more attention.
I’m Spanish & this was very useful 🙌
