I read the book a few times . I did get a bit annoyed at Keith's lurching from one disaster after another . If he's so iron willed and astute how come he couldn't keep his shit a bit more together ?
I saw Keith & The Expensive Wino's on 12/18/1988 on his birthday @ The Brendan Byrne arena I was standing where center ice would be during a hockey game. I'm a big Stones fan and I saw the Stones twice once @ MSG 1975 & latter Steel Wheels @ Shay Stadium 1989. So I went to the concert with my friend and we thought well the Stones were pretty much broken up and we'll pay our respects an see Keith whether he plays good or bad. Boy Keith & The Wino's were great ! Keith played Run Rudolf Run, and everyone kept singing happy birthday to Keith and he wished us all a Happy Christmas & New Year - one special part of the band that night was Chuck Berry's Johnny Johnson played on piano. It Was A Show To Remember For A Lifetime !!!
Anyone who missed the Wino's Live might not understand Jordan in place of Charlie. Jordan played with total admiration and dedication for Keith . He'll do ten times that in honor of Charlie .😎❗
