This video is obviously produced by a machine translation fed to a voice synthesizer.
It's amazing how well it turned out despite of this. The voice is just slightly uncanny valley and there's no way that someone who's English pronunciation is so good would not notice as a narrator that it has subtle grammatical errors in it everywhere.
