- This RX-3 coupe has been completely transformed from a street car to a pure drag car, with a three-quarter purpose-built drag racing chassis, new carbon fibre panels, doors, guards, bonnet, boot lid and nose cone. Why would someone do all this? To become the first Aussie to run a six second pass in a 13B. What happened when he finally achieved his goal after 5 years of chasing it? You’ll have to watch to find out.

yo I'm from puertorico and Mazdas, Toyotas, Nissans, etc. . 4cyl cars we race 'em . but your Mazda man. first of all its a beauty and a beast all in one . you have to be the fastest Mazda rx3 in the world hands down, great job keep it coming!
Was over in Japan in the early 80's and the RX7's & RX4's,RX3's and cosmo's were running good in street drag racing .Came back to the USA mid 80's and watched these rotary cars dominate in IMSA racing on TV .They won '91 race 24 hrs of Le Mans .Awesome underrated power plant .

Corrie Jacobs takes a totally different car to do top speed racing compared to drag racing.
Dislike, the body should be of a standard construction and weight.
