In that episode, 'Curly's Girl,' it's like I'm not sure who I should be rooting for: The vain, snooty, self- absorbed brat (Rhonda), or the conniving, blackmailing, sociopathic stalker (Curly).
True but Eugene from Curly's POV was Eugene being really insensitive with his stuff so I'd be a little pissed too if someone mistreated my things after I let them borrow something of mine. Still Curly has shown to be not right in the head and Eugene doesn't seem like the type to be a jerk with someone else's things and it's possible he did those things accidentally since he's a klutz and Curly just twisted the story around

Also, Nadine, Park and Sheena never really didn't have much character development. Park had a few speaking moments like in the stoop kid episode and the episode when the 5th graders was trashing the 4th graders. Other than that.. he's just there to fill in the background. Nadine is known for loving nature and being Rhonda's best friend, but she could've gotten more development as well.
You sure do grow up and realize it felt different than other Nick shows because of how mature it was. I'm still amazed by Curly's psychotic confession. xD
Whenever Curly took over an episode, you were guaranteed instant entertainment. He was the wackiest mofo in the game hands down and gave Hey Arnold that extra ingredient. Never afraid to be who he was even if it meant being out there and he gave being out there a WHOLE new meaning.
