I found "body doubling" really helpful but didnt actually realize I was doing it until just now. I found watching "study with me" videos kept me on task for a specific time. This way it feels like someone else is doing the same thing with you, but theyre not a distraction.

    FORMULATE is COD:
    How plan your day
Collect: brain dump in apple notes
Order: prioritise & categorise (using tags) in apple reminders
Deliver: allocate time in apple calendar
    FLOW STATE:
    Getting in the zone
    - Use forest app for 15-20mins no distractions.
    - have a coffee on your desk, water, put your phone in another room.
    - Have a piece of PAPER (not phone, it’s distraction trigger) to capture distracting thoughts
    F-ing do it
    - split big tasks into smaller 5 minute tasks
    - body doubling: work with others working on task too.

Most valuable is at 7:30 - I spent most of my life (into my late 30s) avoiding things that were hard. It finally clicked for me that if I'm bad at something (and it's something I'd benefit from being able to do better) the right answer is to WORK ON IT! Growth mindset is everything.

The 15 minutes trick has made such a difference for me! I always used to feel like there was something wrong with me because I couldn't focus but now I know that I just haven't given myself enough real time. I like the idea of keeping it sacred too, I'm going to remember that!

the fact that i am 18 turning 19 the next month, struggling in premed, having the same exact emotions and struggles as her , procrastinating all what my ego can't understand instantly and paying the price of that now... i was suspicious that i have adhd , now i am sure i do have it...
i always felt that i am not enough for premed and that caused me more depression, always think positively guys that is as an advice from a fellow struggler...

Oh yes so like me when I was 18 and studying, and still a bit. Its just so important to find a good enough finish point. With studying you could literally go on forever. And cleaning…

Hi Faye! I’m newer here so I’m sorry if this is out of your reach (mostly bc I don’t know how long you and your bf have been dating)
But I’m in law school and I need your help…
I recently have gotten caught up in a relationship and this was NOT the plan (he’s not my boyfriend yet but I feel like this is the relationship I’ve always wanted) because I don’t have the time!!
The thing is… I know that becoming a lawyer I will likely always be busy. So part of me is convinced that I have to just figure out how to balance it or I’ll always be alone!!! Help. I wanna be a girl boss but right now I feel like this could be the relationship for me and I want to figure out how to keep it (and not regret it later for delegating energy and time to someone that doesn’t work out)

🦶🏻 Great tips. Fellow adhd girlie here, I've made notes on this video to help me remember these 3 fs, my issue is that my adhd brain will involuntarily calculate the exact minimum I need to do or calculate when is the absolute latest I can start something 😂 its honestly impressive but leads to a lot of stress. Hopefully these tips will help me push through 🥰🤞🏻

I don’t understand what you gain from leaving this kind of comment. Maybe you don’t feel this was helpful to you but as you can see from the rest of the comment section, lots of people have found this helpful. If you feel that you knew everything in the video that’s amazing! However not everyone did find that. Yes she may recycle some tips from other videos, but not everyone has watched all her videos, and still would benefit from hearing these tips. If you feel you didn’t learn anything thats ok! You might just be further along in your learning journey than others. Overall I wish you well, I just hope you can reflect on why comments like this aren’t always helpful to others.
