Distorted Penny, in my opinion, is the only skin with a scary design. If we’re talking about how the skins act in game, I’d say Ombra because of how it can dig and appear out of nowhere in the pure darkness.
i think memory is based on a episode of peppa pig called " why?" its like a shadow peppa pig that killed the peppa pig family and aparently burned down the house.. i think this was before the peppa pig show was ever made for kids or a cartoon and it was always ment to be a horror film or something but idk

Distorted Piggy/Penny: burnt to a crisp, in nothing but ashes, the first enemy you encounter in the whole game, turned into this. And it’s still moving waiting for its next target. TIO: bro is taller than a wardrobe, and you can see his heart, his hats have his eyes on them, that would be very terrifying. Laura: where are your eyes, and why is one leaking? They are both black that could cause nightmares, heck, Laura was made because of a nightmare MiniToon himself had!
