WE Knives, Civivi, and Sencut are all branches of the same company. WE is their premium models, Civivi is their mid level, and Sencut is their budget friendly. Sadly, this knife has been discontinued, but you can still find them online(the micarta version is a little harder to find in stock but they are still out there). They go for $40 in the US right now, this micarta model is $50 at some places but other places still have them at $40. I just ordered one of this version at $40 which is a pretty nice price. Waxahachie is actually the name of a town a couple of hours from where I live in Texas, kinda curious if that's what the knife is named after.
I think the Jade G10 is cheaper because it is kinda going out of style and not selling as well. I have noticed great deals on jade scale on several brands and models

Thank you for the tip and have a great time there, don´t know about weather where you live, but here was -12°C today´s morning and about 4" of snow. Years ago, common, but not in last few years... FM
