Base is not good for face....because pH of our facial skin is slightly acidic...so if we use base on face it will lead to many problems....its better that dove doesn't have any base.....still we should use plain water to wash face or face wash which are suggested by dermatologist

Nice video, one should use soap with higher TFM( total fatty material) which is written in the cover of the soap and it should be basic ,that is it's PH value should be more than 7.

For those who are thinking that dove is bad product and lying about their claims actually dove does not qualify to called as soaps because they were made of Synthetic detergents and are called syndet , and has a pH of less than 6 and good for skins and better than most of the soaps.

Sorry dear but if u go nd visit a dermatologist she will deny to use dove... As it's micro organisms in our body.. Some micro organisms are very helpful in aur cell development so if they dead then who will chir up our skin that's why dove should not preferred

Customer should check TFM(total fat moisture) level in every soap it should be more than 75% more TFM means more safe and smooth for skin
If it is more than 50% then that would be enough
Nope below 75% is only used for hand washing or bathing animals. Actually for bathing above 80 to 85 percent is very good.

when I was is class 5th I got pH paper from my father he told me that it can tell that how much harsh a soap is (in easy language)so I tested it on many soaps but when I tried on dove it showed nothing, colour didnt changed

Without base because skin pH is 5.5 so base is not good for the skin as it's pH is more than 7 and may or may not irritate the skin.
Actually acidic pH is good for our skin, basic soaps leave skin dry nd unbalance skin ph, dove soap have correct ph for our skin range btw 6-6.8

when j use dettol it leave small white weird type of spots
If I use lux, then I get pimples

Becoz, when I tested dove via litmus then I found that the colour of litmus has changed ( red to 🔵 blue). And I repeated this again and again, but i found same result ( red to blue).
And when I also saw in Dove's composition, there is ZnO and TiO2 ( metal oxides are also base).
Then why are u saying it has no base.

And sir phenolphthalein turns into pink only when base has 8- 10 pH value, and for other pH value phenolphthalein doesn't change colour, it still colourless.

dove is the best affordable choice if you have dry skin or conditions like eczema or seborrheic dermatitis. it's mild and cleans out dirt. just avoid using highly fragranced and fashwashes/soaps having sulfates if you have any conditions because it's going to WORSEN your skin. said by experience🙂
