- We visited American Force and filmed the entire manufacturing process of my own custom forged wheels! Not everybody gets to experience a process like this so my Dad and I were excited to film this so you could experience it the way we did. My favorite part about this episode not only is watching the insane steps it takes to create forged wheels like this.. but also the fact that these wheels are American made! American Force in South Carolina is a 200,000+ sq foot facility that produces thousands of wheels, with 38 CNC mills running 24/7. Please let us know how you like this episode we have been excited to share this with everyone.
WHAT COLOR SHOLD WE PAINT THESE WHEELS???? I CANT DECIDED😭 PLEASE LIST YOUR TOP 2 COLORS

WHO CHOSE THIS WHEEL? WHATS YOUR FAVORITE STEP TO THIS MANUFACTURING PROCESS?
Everything buddy
New camera audio and video's on Point cool vlog
#1 for sure, can't wait to see it on the truck. Don't make us wait too long, LOL.
Wow that sign is extremely un-American.... So does that mean you can only open carry when you go there?!? Because leaving the gun at home isn't an option....
What # wheel was it?
Brad you are an old soul that knows good content. thank you. I wasn't giving you the chance you deserve
I appreciate that!
Oh my god I’ve always wanted to see the American Force wheel factory😍 thank you guys for this.
Glad you enjoyed it!!
When I get a set of wheel they will be American Forces with floaters so sick
"AMERICAN FORCE" sums it up perfectly. Fabulous video! Amazing process! Everyone in there should be proud of what they do.
I would not go in or do business with them after seeing that sign!! Glad yall showed me that.
thats an OSHA requirement unfortunately. When a company is as big as they are they have so many dumb things little OSHA requirements. There good ol boys trust me we are all on the same side and not anti haha
@@DeBerti I deal with OSHA everyday. It's not. It's the company! I work on multi million construction projects and carry everyday on job
@@jeremyloyd79 you are correct! I also own a machine shop and this is BS! This is the company’s liberals ways.
@@jeremyloyd79 I work with OSHA to and have alot in the past and every job/facility is different. Construction is all outdoors. Anyways I don't wanna argue about it theres no need to. It is a badass place and they make a badass product. Everyone I know there is not anti at all haha they are all Carolina boys
@@DeBerti Not arguing with you. You said it was cause OSHA. All I was saying they can't make you, it's not their rule. It's up to the company you work for not OSHA
The two tone powder coater 💜💜💜💜
Can't wait to have disposable income so I can pickup some 26x14!!!!!
Dude I just love your dad. He is so much fun to watch. I love his sense of humor.
American Force Wheels, that was very interesting Brad, very interesting, Thanks. 👍👍🇨🇦
You had the excitement of kids on a school field trip, I think your dad was a tad bit more excited than you and you were grinning ear to ear the whole time. Thanks for sharing with us. . What a meticulous process! The money invested into that factory is HUGE!
Dude I still am that excited! I cannot wait to get them and put them on the truck!! Anytime Im glad you enjoyed it!
My dad and his dad were both machinist
So that’s the world I grew up in
They were traditional old school machinist
It’s amazing g what automation has brought the art to. It’s impressive but it will never be as impressive as the work the old school guys did with a lot of kno experience and a to. Of patience
Great video Brad. And I have to side with your dad those tool vending machines are cool lol
That's awesome!! Yes the vending tool machines were sick!
RIM + TIRE = WHEEL
Epic choice for a wheel tire combo 🤘🏽
Absolutely awesome to see the whole process
Really cool to see
Love the difference between Dad and Brad. Brad is about the "fist bump". Where Dad is about the "Hand Shake" . Old school the way it should be.
No school like the ol school.
A hand shake means more than a fist bump ever could.
This place is very amazing and thank you for letting us see the process!!
Anytime thanks for watching!
Absolutely amazing process it’s crazy how a lump of metal can be thrown into a machine and come out the other end as a wheel. Or I should say a piece of art. Can’t wait to see them on your truck.
Couldn't agree more!
This is why we love your channel! I run a Haas mill n large everyday but we machine hydraulic cylinder parts nothing as beautiful as those wheels. Great job. Thank you for sharing this.
This is why I keep going when I see comments like yours! So thank you ! Well im glad you were able to see somthing a little different! I bet it makes you wanna make a wheel
I love how fired up your old man gets awesome stuff
That's so very awesome.
Your Dad knows what's up.
Outstanding AF, thanks for the tour!! God Bless America 🇺🇲 🇺🇸 🙏 ❤️
I thought the same thing! anytime bud!
Pops is way too excited... he has to remember he gave up the truck... lol
Well that was pretty neat ☺️. Thanks for sharing. Can't wait to see your wheels 🤣.
Coming soon! Thank you!
Y’all were in my hometown that is so awesome
Pretty sick process. It's not easy work. I had a buddy that put their wheels through hell, and they held up. Great choice 👌
thanks Bud!
@@DeBerti 🖤
Some people will never understand why things cost so much . . . these wheels are custom designed and manufactured on a whole different level. You want the best, it's gonna cost you!
Ok looks go on the tour. Let's gooo
yeah buddy!
This is beautiful to see. God bless yall
thank you! Same to you!
Those tool cabinets are coded to the "job number" for cost coding, and billing. Tells you what it costs to run that part of the process
I must of missed this I found it tho.
The powder coating has come a long way. I used to have mine done at a place in NorCal called Maas Brothers used to do my coating for a 30 pack of Coors Light. Ok it might have been that I delivered to them to and collected the CODs in the afternoon but hey it’s the perks.
Awesome
Such a crazy process! $10k for wheels is outta most people’s budget but that’s not saying the rims aren’t worth it.
Great tour. Awesome wheels and company. American Force is the way to go 100%
Couldn't agree more!
I'll take a set of blanks !! That's fresh
The blanks look soooo legit!
Awesome, can’t wait to see them on
thank you! I cant wait either im sooooo excited
Great way for a company to get mass exposure
Dad And Brat Boy😄😆😆
Awesome content, looking forward to the next vid. Don't understand how you are not at a million subscribers 😢
thanks so much! One day I gotta put in the work!
i want some so bad😭
Don’t worry Doug us old guys know what you said
MERICA FORCE👍
It's funny to think it took so long for big wheels to catch on. They old guys use to make fun of my 24's, now they're acting like that never happen 🤣.
Bad ass !
Your dad is like a kid in a candy store 🍬 🍫 🍭
Also if you want to learn about cnc titans of cnc have free learning
Bro I got 22x12 American forces aka black and milled and I love them
Respect 🫡
How cool to see…
Thanks man
Best life to you.
Thanks Bud!!
It's tool's that makes the wheels right so no tool's machines no wheels
Great video @Brad!! I used to do this for Toyota.. my job was to “Debur” each wheel.. OHHH How I hated that job day in and day out.. lol !! Still though.. #AMERICA what more can you say??
You should do a florescent blue metallic anodized look to them with some black powder in the edge lettering. What size wheels and tires combo are you going with? And what kind of tires? That is the wheel I picked last week fo sho!
I was literally typing out that those wheels aren’t taped off to get toned and how it’s actually done when you guys found out 😂
I wanted The Military Line wheels. For a Decade now , I think it’s called Combat a simple Design , it’s Center plate is like that Famous Raceline Design with tomb Stone shape cut outs and a machined Line between each hole but I live in Hawaii Shipping Always Was the Deal Breaker , cost me the price of the 5th Wheel I kinda Seen the Design you chose Nice ,
That amazing that red looks good son haven’t seen you on here in a while did ur dad still braking shit on the truck lol
My son has one of those machines in the garage... time to make me some truck parts
Reach out to Deegan's or Ronnie mac. those viewers will dig you content.
I wonder if they can do dodge durango wheels?
That’s really cool… listening to you I wish the old man would shut it down a little bit!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It gets overwhelming …
Audio still messed up very low volume during video and when. Ad comes on its ear pounding
thanks
We only install those on 3500 straight axle trucks. Got tired of come backs for hubs (ABS light ✋️)
One thing you don’t see a lot of is people!
Poor dad always the butt of the old man jokes! I feel his pain!!
I know maybe I should ease up on him hahaha
@@DeBerti it's all in LOVE bro we can tell 😂❤
Gloss black lip and accents with mat black face to match the truck
I like deep dish wheels ON A CAR. I'm such a garbage driver, I'd break off the wheel studs in a week from curb checking everything in sight. These have to be made for open-wheel guys or any vehicle without fenders
Black & copper
Love the videos sound still sucks have a look at the skid factory the boys have a blue tooth mic 🎤 clipped on the side of their hats sound is exactly what you need 😮😮
Thank you, well check that out!
what brand of cnc machines where they using?
Think the audio is on fixed really low its fine on you're end but youtubes settings i believe need adjusted im sure you give cleetus a ring he can help you out real quick
the audio on new mic is perfect. RUclips keeps lowering it can I change that somehow?
@Brad DeBerti yea you can change it its in settings somewhere, yea the audio is great but its youtube im not sure if they preset it to fixed audio and you have to go in and change it
Yessirrr
hope you enjoy it
Love your video just don't like the audio as it goes to ads and it's so loud as your video are to quite
👍
love your videos. but whats up with the audio?
Flag is red white and blue
Audio is super quiet. RUclips’s normal volume is 25% louder. You can see this in player settings stats for nerds.
Howard’s made. AMERICAN FORCE. With Brad DeBerti. 😂. It’s not How it’s made. 😂 it’s Howard’s made 😂😂😂😂😂
Did you splurge and get 5 wheels. Or just 4 and hope for never getting a blowout
That sign on the front door isnt made to code so you can still carry inside. If you know you know. There has to be certain things on tht sign.
its required by OSHA unfortunately for the size of the company. They think its dumb as well
@DeBerti yea the place i was at it was required as well due to all the gangs mixed in. Better safe then sorry.
Black chrome rims...
I asked about this..
🤟🏻🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🤙🏻
What happened to the new mic? The sound is so quiet
RUclips keeps lowering it I have no idea why
When you pay $1000 to $1800 per wheel, why would you expect any less?
Think about it you have a vehicle that have four wheels n truck can have up to 6 … do the math …
Camera guy is a little to close lol
That’s my mom yanely the 1 is working on the tires 🛞
seriously? wow! that's so cool!!
Tell your dad fastenal rents tool vending machines..
😂😂😂 just told him he said he will sell his house and rent one 😂
There was so much cool stuff this video could have shown, but it was mainly people that don't work there talking, and all the cool stuff in the background is out of focus.
Tpically the type of video that I really hate…
Yeah and amfw is expensive them wheels probly cost 10k each
No they don’t 😂 a set of 6 26” dually wheels are about $10,000. That set of wheels he got are about 4k
@smcox1991 ok I guess I miss spoke still expensive wheels
1 of them cost more then my 04 gmc 2500hd 6.0 gasser with 310,xxx miles lmaooo
Brad i wish it was just your dad in the videos and i kinda wish you were not in them at all
wow! ha! ha!
Great business idea. Who would’ve thought there would be such a following to gay wheels!
Damn, your dad is a sexist, I really admire that.
Bro.... Love your vids but your audio is terrible in all of them. Damn near blow my speakers out when I go to a new video cuz you need to turn yours up so much.
thanks man! Its definatly somthing ive worked on very hard. RUclips keep lowering all my videos some how some way
Just a little note. When doing videos like this why not wait the couple extra days and film everything you filmed but then also finish product going on the truck? For simple rim and tire video you should atleast make sure you get to show finished product instead of doing this and we all know now your going to try and make another video of just putting them on truck. Help your channel by not doing that.
I try to if I can. Im not one to drag anything out but these takes weeks to complete so If I waited it would be 1 episode a month or even 2
I don't know what's up with these big giant stupid wheels give me a 44 inch tire on a normal 15 x 12 wheel
Too excited my guy obviously it takes that much work who thinks that stuff is easy ?
Those China blanks just don't shine.. They don't even polish the windows for a few years now.. sad
