    The difference between public and private subnet is the internet gateway that is included in the route table associated with the public subnet

    • @DevOps-Cloud
      @DevOps-Cloud  Год назад +1

      I am so happy this question got the right level of attention

    • @ChristopherCordero-up7xq
      @ChristopherCordero-up7xq Год назад +2

      the key difference is where the route table is targeting. public is targeting internet gateway and private is targeting natgateway.

    • @arshadsiddieque7097
      @arshadsiddieque7097 Год назад +3

      A public subnet is connected to the Internet, has a public IP address assigned to its instances, and is typically used for web servers or instances that need to be accessed from the Internet.
      A private subnet, on the other hand, is not connected to the Internet, has a private IP address assigned to its instances, and is typically used for instances that don't need to be accessed from the Internet.
      Network traffic is routed differently for each type of subnet, and firewall rules control inbound and outbound traffic for both.

    @15:15 He could have said that..while scanning docker container using that tool, it gave the report where it has multiple high and critical vulnerabilities in the image,
    Or
    If the application is running in the windows machine it will scan the window security and give the report to update the security patches of windows machine
    Or
    It gave the report where Jenkins image has many vulnerabilities that need to be taken care.
    There are many such cases which will be highlighted by these tools.

    I understand but the way you was pinning in to only one and specific question was not a good idea. If you do not hear what you was expecting that is fine you will not be hiring him that is simple but Grilling on only one questing repeatedly is not a good idea. Mostly people from sub continent does this which stops the growth of confident from inside the candidate. He can say what ever he wants to. At the end of the day still key is in your hand either you wants to hire him or not. Everybody is working hard for their life. The more you will the scratch the skin, the more it will become a wound. So being as human and to show humanity we all should stop this practice. Thank you. No hard feeling but only wants to let everybody understand that stop humiliating. You have the key and nobody is taking it away from you. Everybody is not Linus or bill. Stop these expectations. Stop saying major difference. He is telling his understanding so you can not judge him. STOP GRILLING. if he does not know that is fine. when you will not hire him then definitely he will start studying about this.Please change this mentality of Grilling and Expecting something extra ordinary. This can be a reason of killing somebody's self esteem and even suicide. Just listen to him. If he does not know then move further simply. At the end you will not hire him right?? So what's the point of Grilling. This is the reason If I see anybody Desi is in the interview invitation. I simply deny to attend interview. Desi mentality is self proud and competing yourself with other person. So please Stop this. PLEASE treat the next person as human not a robot who is downloading all information from satellite.

    • @DevOps-Cloud
      @DevOps-Cloud  Год назад

      Where did you find grilling? Sometime idea is to differentiate between senior engineer and architect so we might go extra question so seek the depth in knowledge.

    • @Muhammadsaeed-se2ti
      @Muhammadsaeed-se2ti Год назад +2

      when you asked major differences between private and public gateways ? Why major? why not his understanding only? When you discussed about vulnerabilities repeatedly.It is not about senior or junior position. You have not grilled that bad. I have seen and faced some very worst. I just want to convey a message to treat everybody as a human and please spread these words to others as well.

      @@DevOps-Cloudcheck the video at 15:17 when you said this is very basic right. it can be seen with eyes" In my opinion you should not say him this. I understand at this point you might have decided not to select him but do not ask again and again brother. What ever the understanding he was having , He has mentioned already. So no point to ask again and again. Just let it go simple. It is not difficult.

    • @DevOps-Cloud
      @DevOps-Cloud  Год назад +1

      That’s my observation as well about few. However, I usually go with a mindset to hire and fit into right role. Anybody would know the basic difference between public and private subnets based on the name itself. Going an extra step for the reason I stated above. This question has been liked by many viewers by the way.

    • @Muhammadsaeed-se2ti
      @Muhammadsaeed-se2ti Год назад +1

      @@DevOps-Cloud Well I do not question your question but asking again and again, further more saying that you are telling me a basic difference is not right. If he was having more understanding then he would mention it right away. I am just saying not to go deeper because if candidate is having understanding then he would mention it otherwise you have the intellectual ability to observe that he is not having the understanding then the solution is just to pass and move further. Trust me he would go back and study harder to gain deeper knowledge when he will lose the opportunity.
