I worked on Fast & Furious 1. I was a prop maker and we built these towers made of fiberglass panels. We filmed the race scenes on San Pedro island in San Pedro California.we set the towers up and spaced them far apart for the established open shot. When the cars raced down the road we had moved the towers a lot closer so it looked like the cars were moving faster. Anyway I was standing next to the black Charger when two guys popped the hood pins and lifted the hood. The blower and all came away with the hood and there was just a plane old engine in the car. I’ll always remember that. Obviously it was a stunt car and not the hero car.
Excellent job Chris! Hopefully Fanhome will send you the Bullitt and Gone in 60 Seconds Mustangs at some point.... the Charger is looking sharp and looking forward to it finshed!!!!
Everything is going together very well. This is a very well engineered kit, and it is just awesome. The tips and tricks you demonstrate during assembly are greatly appreciated. Thanks for sharing.
Just in case someone from Revell or Round2Model,s or watching and read the comments section how about branching out into the 1/8 scale metal model kit,s no doubt their be appreciated by people who wants this kind of model without waiting for next month issues to arrive when instead they can buy and build it from a box like it,s plastic model kit family.
Hello I have a suggest for this series and the K.I.T.T. series could you please put them into a playlist so that it is easier to follow along with you. ( I bought the fast and the furious car and K..I.T.T. will be next thanks to your great work on the videos ) Thank you for your time and consideration.
think this was first from eaglemoss but the filed for b.r., I know a company bought there stuff and pretty sure its this company because of the ecto-1 and the next gen. startrek model, and yes you are correct about it being die cast , I was doing the back to the future model but eaglemoss screwed me over so I canceled it.
Is this challenging to build I noticed how well detailed it is and how many years to get all the parts thanks for a nother great video I'll keep staying tuned I'm hooked😊

I haven't seen any new videos on this Fast & Furious Dodge Charger build for the last 8 months. Looking forward for the final builds.
You, sir, are a great model builder. Inspirational. Informational. Humorous. With a hint of mischief. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you kindly!
Cool stuff 😎
Big and Beautiful!
Big thanks!

Thanks a bunch!
I wanted to do this model and did start but money put a big damper on it , would love to buy it as a box set like they do for plastic model kits.
Man I got to have that I can’t wait to get mine I’m ordering mine on the 26th
I enjoy watching this car come together. Looking forward to seeing the rest being built.
Now I would like to see the "Bullitt" Charger and Mustang 🐎

You should make playlists for your videos so it’s easier to find the videos on this build

These subscription kits are really cool, but cost-prohibitive for me
With your hand next to it shows a big it is. Plans for a case to keep dust off?
I'm wanting to do this car
I'm surprised the marker lamps are not wired to be lit. Other than that, this model is looking phenomenal.
I just read that Charger is like 1700 bucks complete. Is that correct?
Dom's Charger is looking nice! Are you going to buy any of the mod parts or just keeping it factory stock?

If you can use a screwdriver you won't have much issue with this. Simply take your time and follow each step one by one.
@@hpiguy and don't forget your WD-40 to ease the screw,s in.
How much will it cost at the end?
You got that as a Promo? To buy it cost more than a thousand
