    I had the same question about tracking my sleep. It's a bit confusing. I track last night's sleep. I could relate so much to your discussion of wanting and needing to get healthy. I also agreed with and related to your "why" of getting healthy. I am 61 years old and just now making the commitment. So, good for you for getting started at your young age. Thanks for sharing your journey. I look forward to rooting for you and seeing your efforts in analog form.
