"Yilu Applications" Informal Demonstration Michael Calandra

My student Chabar recently visited for four days of intensive training. He asked me to show him a few of the Yilu Applications. The Yilu is the first form of the Chen Style Taijiquan Practical Method. We are both "Disciple's" of Master Chen Zhonghua.
