  • S1E12 - The Textron-Lycoming's service letter n°180B, the engine manufacturer of my Guimbal Cabri G2 helicopter, requires a minimum of 1 hour flight per month to avoid corrosion in the engines.
The only alternative would have been to put the engine in wintering, which would oblige me to bring the helicopter to Gap where it is maintained, impossible, the workshop is closed.
I take you on this day which almost seemed to me an adventure in this period of lockdown. I used this opportunity to introduce you to the airport where I fly: LFPN Toussus-le-Noble.
During this "flight" the admission pressure sensor of my helicopter was malfunctioning (red XXX at the top left of the screen), it is unfortunately common on the Cabri, see the "Sensor faults" section of the Cabri's manual for those interested.
LOW FUEL HELICOPTER LIFE is a RUclips channel dedicated to the passion of everything that flies, being comfortable with having a favorite: helicopter. Here, I share my aeronautical adventures and encounters in a light tone, but always in full conformity with the rules and safety.
