Probably a play date or a sleep over but let's be realistic, the Kardashian/West kids don't need to be cared for. They have full time care, around the clock. What we understand as taking care of kids and what they perceive as taking care of someone else's kids is a completely different concept.

Why is it that every couple of years one of the Kardashians is accused of “stinking”? Is that what they accuse people of once they have made it?
