Yes they are! I wish more people would consider them. At least they allow you to get in the game and start building up some equity.
What are the current interest rates? Any foreclosures happening? Recession/depression happening/looming? How much interest will be paid with even the current lowest mortgage rates on even the lowest priced town home?
Current interest rates are hovering around 7%. Lennar offers some really great rate buy down deals though which really helps. I don’t see any foreclosures happening in my area. Not sure about the interest amount.
