I could not find a good video for this grinder before I bought it. I thought I would do it some justice as I am LOVING the power and smooth workings. She does a bang up job.
Nice, quick grind! Finally got my shop operational just in time to run this years elk through it. Nothing fancy but a hell of a setup for a home processor. So far I’ve ran 2 elk, 2 hogs and a beef through it with no issues. Still potentially have another 3 elk and 3 deer to cut up if we fill all of our tags between myself and 2 of my sons. Wish I could figure out how to post some pics. Guess I’ll have to do a little video and upload to the ‘tube.
Very cool my man, Sounds like you’ve got wild game down. I’ve never been able to post pictures on RUclips either it can probably be done but I don’t have the time to research stuff like that anymore. Between harvesting animals and cutting the animals I harvest and then harvesting animals for other shops, I am busier than a one armed paper hanger. Plus trying to balance good quality family life time for my wife and kids. Butchering has fully encompassed my life. I just count my stars that I’m lucky enough to be one of the people who found something he enjoys and gets to do it as a job so I never really work. 🤞🏻😉
@@danielscepurek5416 Glad you’re able to do what you enjoy! Everyone should be as blessed! Love seeing the videos and going back to watch them again so I can pretend to know what I’m doing. 🤣 Happy Thanksgiving and hope y’all have a blessed Christmas! If I ever find myself that far west, I’ll definitely stop by to visit with you!
Honestly it’s very spendy if you buy something. A good heavy duty trailer with a small rail system and a piece together cooler unit with a generator would probably work and be the least expensive route but you’re gonna have to do some serious studying and research to make sure everything would be in correct working order. It can happen no problem… but it will ultimately come down to your wallet your passion and your drive. It’s almost cliché but I hear thousands guys say I want my own butcher shop and that would be cool. And in reality it’s probably one out of 1000 guys who actually has his own gumption and grit to take the plunge. I’m glad that I did. My two major driving forces were my passion for butchery and being afraid of having regrets that I didn’t try. And I got to tell you man, I thank the good lord I did. But you got to start researching stuff, you got to start checking out what it’s gonna take from the local state department of agriculture, what permits you’re gonna have to have, your customer base, if you put all this money and time and effort into doing this do you have work to back your endeavors up? All of those are very key points.
Hello again Daniel! I just had a thumbnail from the history channel pop up and thought "Dang, that looks like Daniel". Turns out it was your show, I hadn't seen it before but you did mention it once. Anyway, great job, the gator part was an interesting challenge! It's no surprise that you won. Were you in any more episodes? Any new content for this channel in the works? Hope you had a great Christmas!
Ray … it is indeed 3 phase machine. I am running it off of a converter from American rotary. When I had Hobart come out to do the initial install. I had problems because there was power wired directly to the operation panel and it needs to be re-wired differently. Stroke of luck that I had Hobart come out and do the initial install it gave me a four year warranty that nobody ever told me about. She works like charm man. I usually grind one luger first grind grind a second luger first grind and that’s usually half a beef‘s worth of burger. Then I dump both of them in at the same time hit the mix button and I get a very evenly distributed fat content throughout the burger. 👍🏻

How easy it to clean, I can't find a video.

Yeah sorry about that, when you open your own biz you don’t have time for anything els 😂. And thank you very much.
Very kewl
Great video! I just bought one of these machines, how large of pieces can you put into the hopper for grinding?
if only a mixer grinder wasnt so expensive lol
And I thought my 1hp carnivore was fast.
I up graded from a 1 HP ProCut
Very impressive. Wish I could give up trucking and become a full-time butcher-sausage maker.
All you gotta do is start my man. A hobby can turn into a side gig can turn into a real deal…… but you gotta start somewhere. 💪🏻🔪
@@danielscepurek5416 any suggestions on a mobile unit?

You may want to clean your phone, lol.
Can do 👍🏻
Looking at a Hobart 4352. And it's a 3phase machine. Is this a 3phase as well?
