    • @medicalmarvelsmedia3

      Hey!
      Curcumin and green tea can impact iron absorption. Curcumin, found in turmeric, can bind to iron and reduce its absorption. There is no scientific evidence that green tea inhibits iron absorption, but some studies have found associations between green tea consumption and low blood ferritin levels. • @medicalmarvelsmedia3
      @medicalmarvelsmedia3  3 месяца назад +3

      Hi,
      Great questions! Quick-dissolving capsules are typically made from gelatin or vegetable cellulose. They’re designed to dissolve quickly in the stomach, releasing the contents for faster absorption.
      As for side effects, it depends on the substance inside the capsule. Generally, the capsules themselves are considered safe, but the contents can sometimes cause side effects depending on the ingredient and individual sensitivity. I would definitely check with your doctor if you have concerns about specific supplements.

    Take this... don't take that... don't know what to do...
    Everyone claims different outcome...
    Anyone with
    follicular lymphoma who can give me advice...
    Anyone with thickening of stomach... MD concerned...
    Wants me to get endoscopy... I'm very afraid of procedure...

      I understand your frustration with conflicting advice. If you have follicular lymphoma or a thickening of the stomach, it's important to follow your doctor's recommendations. An endoscopy can provide crucial information about your condition and guide treatment. It's natural to feel afraid, but discussing your concerns with your doctor can help ease your anxiety. Connecting with others who have similar experiences might also provide support and insight.

      @medicalmarvelsmedia3  3 месяца назад +1

      Feeling nauseous from turmeric, whether in foods or capsules, can be due to its effect on the stomach. Try taking it with food or reducing the dosage, and consult a healthcare provider if nausea continues. Thanks for watching!
