Hello New Travel Friend. We do a lot of cruises. We live in Florida. I don't think I could live on a boat full-time, but it does sound like an intriguing idea. Thanks for your review and video.
Nice one, Rick! I enjoyed a weekend on a cruise, but I don't think I could do long term. I am okay with boredom, but I need to be involved with something meaningful to me. I'm sure RUclipsing helps your sanity. Lol.
I think the people who consider full time cruising are the same people who have money but realized they don't have enough for a managed retirement village. For them, the activities on a cruise would be an upgrade and a potentially cheaper life. Also, I can't help but think that your cabin is every bit as big as the bus. There may not be as much room for your "stuff" but at least half the stuff in the bus you need because you are in a bus. If you get rid of all the bus life specific stuff, what are you left with? clothes, toiletries, and maybe a few things to pursue a hobby?
I was walking the Camino de Santiago and came upon an elderly gentleman sitting outside his medieval home. I asked him what he was doing. He said, “Waiting to die.” So you can do that anywhere. Why would you consider full time cruising? Your last video was a prelude to a pity party.

There is plenty to do, but as you said, there are no mountains or rivers. Exploration is limited
