She said after the disappointment, they started getting her prenatal and working the problem.
Parents need to LISTEN to their kids, rather than speaking too much. That is how TRUST is built
Once when I was a teen, our evening service took a turn when somebody testfied.
They began to speak to issues that people may think they can't talk about at church.
They said if you have this problem, talk to that person, and the person stood up to identify themselves.
This went on until about 15 people were standing to bear witness to those in trouble.
It was so beautiful, spirit-led, and practical.
This is what I go to service for.

I can't imagine the vulnerability and the possible scary feeling of discussing your personal life so openly & publicly. Kudos to Sarah for being so vulnerable and sincere.
Not blaming her parents cause I can't speak for what they did or didn't do, but parents, please listen to your children. Speak to them & with them, not at them.
Sarah Jakes Roberts is my favorite and such an inspiration. She's part of my healing journey in so many way.

I was 14 years old and I still had dolls on my bed 14 years old as a child dear lord.
I'm sure this was very devastating and shocking to the Jake's family I'm lost for words but I'm glad that they forgave her and that she was able to move on from this but no matter how famous or just an ordinary person everybody has son and everybody falls and sometimes it goes public and sometimes it's private but the point is we all have sin and nobody has any room to judge anybody that's why Jesus said one that is without sin cast the first stone

She failed to mention that her and her sister Cora lived in a totally seperate house from their parents, on the same property. Who allows that??? It's no wonder she got pregnant so young. We going to tell the truth, tell it all!
The separate house is on the property in Ft.worth, which is a guest house for them. When this occured they lived in the old JB hunt house off white rock lake in Dallas, Everybody was in the same house. Even you as a child or young adult, when you wanted to do something you found a way to do it around you parents back, at their house or away from the house. Get your facts straight, if you don't know, just pray!!!!

A recent interview with Michelle Loud stated that ALL children lived in a separate house. Michelle stated that Bishop and First Lady lived in the mansion. Sooooooooo. She also shared so much more during her interview.

Sadly, this likely mirrors this young lady’s history especially with all the allegations on her Father today

It wasn’t a problem for him to help… I’m sure this segment was for insight purposes and to show that even the child of a bishop isn’t perfect, since there is a preconceived notion that “preacher’s kids” are perfect. We all fall short sometimes 🙏🏾

Yes ma'am her son is now 21 or 22 years old. My mom was pregnant at 16 and have me at 17 years old I will be 30 years old in 4 months and I blessed to have my mother & father in my life and teaching me to live a better life & doing better to not ending up in the same environment
Mr Phil 🙋🏾♀️… the statement “she put herself in harms way” ( is your opinion and when it comes to interviewing people who have probably already beat themselves down for making decisions) is not the best think to do. Unfortunately, most people think people in the ministry, especially mega ministry, think that the ministry household is sacred, but they r not. They r just like everyone else. In many cases, they, the ministers, think they are exempt from the very words they preach.
If it is true, that God is not a respecter of persons, then remember what you heard in this video and reach for, talk to God without the so called need for a human "leader". The only ONE you need is God/Jesus, not a multi millionaire taking ur money for what? Nothing other than self pride: the very thing they teach to get your money to support their habit of: SELF. The bible forbids a woman to preach, are we going to ignore this ??
Yes, the bible says in 1 Timothy 2 that women should not teach or ‘have authority over man’. But then a lot of qualified teachers (possibly ones that have taught you) should then, theoretically, be punished. Authority could also mean police/army officers, who are keeping you safe and serving your country.
(Please do take into account that Leviticus 19:27 clearly forbids a man to cut the hair his temples or beard, then see that Leviticus 19:19 also says polyester is out the window… also denim as they are mixed fabric).
But back to the original point; imagine all the people she’s led to Christ? Are you trying to say this woman will be punished by God for doing his work? This also wagers the question of whether you have saved as many souls as her? Also, are you without sin? If your answers to those are ‘no’, then with all due respect, how she’ll be judged by God probably isn’t something you should be focused on. Just some food for thought, but God bless you sir.
