what really gets me is that they're a high school and play like a drum corps drumline....their instructor must be top of the line because at my school our cadences are just very simple...

this is what happens when EVERYONE wants to play well. Not like 99% of high school drumlines that are there for escaping P.E.
This is what happens when you're one of the richest school districts in the country lmao. 99% of high school drumlines do not have access to percussion instructors and techs.

@@farm3rtree I'm saying they have more resources, so of course they're better. Obviously they all practice a ton. It's easier to find kids like that when you have the resources though. Poor schools will field any kid that signs up just to have people out there. Bigger and richer schools can be as selective as they want. Poor schools cannot afford to have multiple grad student percussion specialists.

Digging the design on the shells. Man, I wish our drumline instructor let us use stands back in the day (mid 90’s). I was lucky enough to be top bass so it wasn’t horrible. Man. Best days of my life! Cherish the drumline days!

Kyle Anderson they're simply toms. it's a really quiet drum and you can't hear it but it trains younger, less experienced kids into playing on the main drums
We did them as Blue Springs South High 2 years ago, we just callem shorties XD, yeah its basically a small marching snare with out the snare.

The show is about looking back on your life as an older person. 1/2 of the costume is designed to be child like while the other 1/2 is a grown up look. Have you watched the original show?
