There is mixed reaction from skiers and boarders as Alterra prepares to purchase Arapahoe Basin.

Why are we being negative? Because they nearly doubled the price to ski and ride at Winter Park in 5 years with only minimal improvements.

Unless the new owners plan on cutting costs, we don't care because skiing is way to crowded and to expensive.
