That would make a very nice edition to Midwest truck. Outfit it with Red and Blue lights as well plus a 200 watt siren and that would make a very nice rescue rig..
@@laurajackson-crockett7145 You may be surprised of the turning radius of these twin-steers.I have driven them in the oilfield applications and was surprised how they did for there length.
Would have loved to had seen it with the outriggers and such extended! Guess i will have to just to Chattanooga tn where they built that to see one like it spread out !

Second steer axel. It is for weight distribution during a heavy lift. That truck fully loaded (without towing anything) weighs just under 100,000 pounds. The winch resistance capacity is either 75 tons or 100 tons (depending on the model). With the boom fully extended, it can dead lift close to 25,000 pounds.
You do need more axles on that, its likely about 70k lbs already, and then you’d hope to tow front axle weights of at least 20k lbs, so very quickly you need almost 100k lbs worth of capacity, and thats 5 20k lb axles right there. So you def need them. And thats only if you can spread the weight to the front.

Yeah, throw in some aftermarket Nathan K5LA train horns though, and this thing becomes even more intimidating
If I had the money this would be my daily driver lol
that's one beautiful piece of machinery
In my unprofessional opinion it needs a big ass strobe on the boom top and a hell of a good coffee maker .
So that's what Big Money looks like....
Great truck if you never have to make a U turn on a country road.
That's why ya gotta keep up your backing skills😂😂😂
kmg501 give him 40 arc’s and he will turn it around

These are rolling works of art. Their tanks, only much prettier. Amazing how people still can't see these on the road with all the lights and chrome.
So, what did this rig sell for? Or is that a state secret?
Saw it in person things a beast
Wow, I think I saw the kitchen sink in there too.

Love the Blue and Green on this truck. That Blue must be the Sparkle Blue Metallic. Awesome looking truck!👍👍👍
Is that even legal on the length looks longer than 45 and I'd say there's a good reason to sell one of broke after the payment
Does anybody ever noticed them LED lights don't show up for a while in the sunlight? And I'm not knocking the truck I'm just saying in general
What’s the max lift weight for a truck like this
Probably more if they put the tag axle in the back where it belongs
Yea I hear ya there
Its a 75 ton one or it could be a 100 ton one
75 ton boom

it was built in iowa
Great Towtruck with lot of flashlights , but I don't see any Red&Bleu lights !
Lots of place don't allow tow trucks to ise red and blue
Red and blue lights (on any vehicle other than police) is only legal in a few states. You would get arrested for having them in most states.
Simard Suspension Front , Made in Canada
How much does a thing like that cost???? What a beast
About a million for this one
Looks similiar to the Miami-Dade Fire rescue heavy rescue
What exactly is the advantage of twin steer wrecker
they help distribute weight better over the axles, which allows you to carry more weight...
How much did this sell for ? Was just curious ?
I bought this for 1.2 million 345. Dollars.
@@xreconusmc3156 What company sir? This is an excellent 75 ton!

Great video, horrible music and not one shot of the engine.
Engine? it must be a Cummins.Personaly i would have put that wrecker on a Mack. But that's my choice.Nice video!
Aren't most Cummins red? I agree about the electronic noise. Couldn't really refer to it as music.
Too bad it's not a real tri drive.
For the price this truck, i buy 1 New Ferrari 488 and 1 New 2019 Ford F350 Super Duty.
