I feel like I went to see a chiropractor or reiki healer and just stepped off a table. You don't realize how much tension you hold on to. Not just from past trauma but every day stuff. My whole body did a simultaneous crack and I feel like I got rid of so much crap but just lying there. Really amazing stuff thank you for the gift you shared 💜

I have an attorney and we will go to trial over many months. 2 strangulation charges which will bring prison to him are being reinstated by the DA. I am finding myself more each day. We are all Beautiful, Magnificent Beings of Light! I AM ENOUGH and I will make it and so will you! I Love You All!
I just wanted to comment and say how amazing you are and what courage and strength you exude. My thoughts are with you in all you have to deal with moving forward. I hope you can finally find some justice and peace ❤️

@Barefoot Mothers Thank You , Angel! Made it to 68 and each day is filled with joy and also grief. I know it is important to grieve but I spend time being thankful for life. I lost 15 pounds and weigh 105 now for lack of food. He shut me out of bank account and so far has not sent me a dime. Court has not been scheduled but at this time I will get spousal support and hopefully keep my home. I am fine if I don't and that took many videos of Lisa and I already feel that things do not matter. Life is short and I want mine to be great now. We are Sacred Beings and WE are ENOUGH! I Love You So!

Hi Lisa I love this I listen everyday! Your voice makes me feel safe. Can you please do a mediation for safety... to get into safety ventral vagus nerve (the good safe branch) polyvagal theory. Trauma biology and safety 🙏
Most likely you realize subconsciously that you don't voice your truths and that's where a lot of your blockages are in and around your throat Chakra. You are getting upset by the blockage and know you not only want too but have to start opening up about your experiences or you realize this is where a lot of your past pain had been held and you recognize it now 💜
@@mc2332 Interesting. I noticed that certain areas of my body twitched while doing it. For example there was one time when she saying to send energy/love/light to the foot and my right side would get a little flutter or my head would start to itch.
