On the 26th of May 2021, we lost the iconic and legendary Ben Kruger, who played the much-loved role of Okkie Ferreira in Binnelanders. His last episode as the impactful character in the kykNET (ch. 144) drama aired last night, so we built this beautiful montage to honour his memory. Ben will always live on in the memories that he created and the bonds that he formed with colleagues, friends and family throughout his inspirational career and life: he will never be forgotten.
