@@denisealley9822 I’ve tried some hypnosis too. It didn’t help me. It created more trauma maybe lol. For sure but it was not trauma hypnosis at least the best of my knowledge but it did do a good job showing me what I don’t want in my life and make me realize it’s definitely time to let go of the past.
The beginning I say I am open to those healing energy and when it's about to finish I drink water the implement the energy in my body. Happy new year 2023 to all of you
