I truly needed to find this diamond. I am a natural born empath, medium. I am constantly encountering and battling toxic people, energy vampires and all sorts of bad stuff out and about. I need a long vacation from all this negative toxic energy.

This has been my life for twenty plus years and it is constant. The only peace of relief I get is when I self isolate with my cats only and don’t go out and block everyone and be a hermit

Thank you for these. It feels so good when the disconnect comes (can literally feel the attachment breaking off at this point, as if a giant invisible leach was sucking the energy and life force and suddenly gets killed off and you can breathe and feel like yourself again)
Ill tell u this. When i was stronger and emotionally better i learned u can literally tell it to fuck off and it will leave. If its in ur energy its in ur mind. When u feel the negative feelings coming and the negativity starting in ur mind try telling it to fuck off. Like really aggressively.
U can also grab a rock (any real rock will do.) And look directly at it and ask for help.
I used to say "clear me" or " raise my vibration" or "optimism" till i was blue in the face. Cause each time u do it. The stone gives u what u ask for. But sometimes u gotta ask for it alot or else what bothers u comes right back.
U can also rub and tap rocks to get energy from them. These have all made life mostly livable.
This has worked for me for a long time. Sadly i have alot of past life trauamas and issues there globbing onto.
Im getting tired. No idea what to do to permanently fix it. Used to be joyful till the heart chakra broke during covid. Those things got way stronger and broke me.
Just wish i had an easy fix. Too tired to focus and meditate anymore.
Just keep ur chinn up. Things are prob much better off for u. Stick to ur routine and fo us on what u love. Dont think about energy drains or u attract more.

Was in the bathroom when this auto played from another one from the same channel. I could not read the words as i was in another room, but remarked this reiki feels refreshing, like a memory, and very normalizing. Then i come out to read the description and it was spot on. These reiki videos are so good, they manage to kick the morning negativity from my mind, and that is hard sometimes to the point i just cry. Not this time. Wow!

U ever try wearing a rock? Like black tourmaline or black obsidian?? U can ask it for help. Simply look directly at it and say. "Clear me" might have to say it a bunch of times simply cause u got so much inside of u.
Also try rubbing and tapping ur stone or pendant. Also holding a kiss on it for a minute puts some of its energy inside of u.

I am very disturbed always. Negative thoughts are sweeping over my mind and is killing me. Can i stay positive always and lead a happy and healthy life. Do i need to consult a doctor. I keeps mysrlf engaged always by involving in lots of activities like dancing, meditation, yoga, exercise, listens to music, participates in quizzes, participates in speeches, reads books, watches movies, short films, stand up comedies, attends public gatherings, goes for shopping, goes for trips, attends psc exams etc
Go within, meditate, slow down. Maybe find a mantra to raise your vibrations.
Half of life is taking care of your physical body the other half is taking care of your spiritual body, Reiki is a great place to start! Some good things to do during reiki meditations that could make u feel a difference would be chakra cleansing, etheric cord removals (this is a big one), soul fragment retrieval, revoking soul contracts, childhood or general trauma healing, also it’s always good to double check no entities or parasites are pulling at your energy. The answer to getting rid of all those negative intrusive thoughts
1: the moment you catch yourself entertaining negative ideas SHUT IT DOWN n redirect your energy, don’t feed it. You control your thoughts, don’t let your thoughts control you.
2. developing a spiritual hygiene ROUTINE where I would say at least like once a week (I do everyday cause I be sensitive asf) you ground yourself, connect to source (or God if ur religious), ask them for the strength to heal yourself (they always answer yes for everyone), and meditate on yourself showering in divine light and washing off all foreign energy stuck to your in your energy field some examples of stuff that gets stuck and causes blockages ( self limiting beliefs, nasty stares from strangers, rude words, stressful situations, a bad habit your parents taught you, hanging out with friends that are bad for u etc). Basically you just wash all that kinda stuff away in the spiritual world than you start to see results & improvement in the physical world
What is energy signature and energy anatomy?
Your energy signature is your essence. There are people that work with demonic networks that think they can steal this from you. So you need to very boldly eradicate the ability for them to ever touch it. Nobody has the right to violate your free will tampering with your energy signature. You most often see this in those people who are heavily into the use of demons, vampires, and their networks, and practice NECROMANCY. Sick shit. Trust me.
