ie. SO WHAT if he falls in love with another woman?
SO WHAT if I lose my job?
SO WHAT if I keep getting PTSD flashbacks? etc.

pretend you already died.
and your spirit has come back
to live life in a different way...
to experience it all, the way you wish you did it,

Awesome! I know I definitely needed this healing. I'm on month 18 in my healing journey. Lost 75lbs, back into my martial arts training and today I just feel really good. I have been conditioning all my muscles and they are finally forming and when I walk and run I can really feel my hard work paying off. how to heal from PTSD flashbacks?
he betrayed and abandoned me.
discarded me like garbage.
replaced me with another.
he slammed the door on me.
he did this almost exactly one year ago,
February 13th 2023,
and I'm still not healed,
and I still don't breathe,
and I still have nightmares every night...
I’m not vilifying avoidants, but for me,
the more I work on understanding my OWN attachment style and becoming secure,
the more I get turned off by someone who isn’t doing the same...

Etta and Arlene, what is an auric health ray?
I’m not sure but it could be your “ray” like how some people are blue ray some are indigo some are crystal, rainbow etc just a thought I’m not sure either lol
All layers of you auric field, including chakras and physical body.
@@EEF5004 but why the rays? I thought the auric body was one big piece, not made up of “strings” of rays or anything like that.

This is a teaching about spiritual enlightenment.
However,
there is no spiritual enlightenment, really.
There’s no state or special thing.
We just didn’t develop consciously.
No one really tells you that when you start seeking.
We are hurt, angry, afraid, and we’ve buried it all since childhood.
We’re looking for ourselves, but we won’t find it until we deal with all the buried stuff.
The enlightenment is realizing that you are presence right now.
The embodiment is dealing with the stuff that you've buried.
