      Soya protein in any form is the worst thing you can consume as a nutritional source specially if u ar looking at it as meat substitute. It's worst than meat. It doesn't digest easily as it's difficult for the body absorb as it is very long chain protein that contains several anti-nutritional factors such as trypsin & chymotrypsin inhibitors, which reduce protein digestion and bioavailability that reduce nutrient absorption in the intestine. It also deactivates soy's natural phytic acid and enzyme inhibitors, which can affect mineral and protein absorption. Plus as long as it stays in the gut it reduces nutrient absorption from other food sources as well. It also has high concentration of isoflavones which binds to estrogen receptors in the body raising estrogen content in body potentially causing thyroid dysfunction, infertility & even breast cancer if not consumed the right way. AND THE RIGHT WAY IS THE ONE THAT'S PRACTICED BY JAPANESE, KOREAN CULTURES ETC.. CONSUMING IT IN THE FORM OF TOFU WHICH IS ESSENTIALLY FERMENTED SOY PROTEIN CAKES. FERMENTING IT NULLIFIES ALL IT'S HARMFUL AFFECTS WHILE MAINTAINING IT'S NUTRITIONAL VALUE.

    Chief? Really?
    Never give any food item direct fire from LPG gas, the fumes also get into the food. It's better to give direct fire of charcoal or wood fire.

    Please let me know two things:

    Chef whenever i make any chicken tandoori recipes at home i always face problem in cooking it properly till its bones..
    I also tried steaming them and then cooking it on pan still the flesh use to get stuck on the pan and never cooked properly...when i used ovan it literally dehydrated my chicken, made it dry and the size of chicken also gets reduced...
    Any tips how can i make sure its cooked properly
