Chef whenever i make any chicken tandoori recipes at home i always face problem in cooking it properly till its bones.. I also tried steaming them and then cooking it on pan still the flesh use to get stuck on the pan and never cooked properly...when i used ovan it literally dehydrated my chicken, made it dry and the size of chicken also gets reduced... I've tried this the end result was mind blowing. Don't cover the pan or else all the juices will release out and will make the chicken chewy.
