About the scars. When Luz and Lilith time travelled and met Philip, Lilith punched him in the nose created a wound. We then watched Philip consume a palisman and the cut grew. The green on Belos' face follows the same patterns of his scar from Lilith. I think the monster form of the palisman Belos spreads from injuries, similar to an infection. So when Hunter was possessed the green followed the patterns of his scars as well, but making them larger when Belos un-possessed him and Flapjack healed him,
Also hunters eyes colour changing feels important because the page on a grim walker in eclipse lake mentions eye colour as a constant with grim walkers
This is why I LOVE THIS SHOW!! It is not just the story that is just so well done. It is the proformances like with Zeno Robinson and Hunter's crying scene that helps that believability and love that Zeno revealed this. That is great.

I feel like Dana wants the Boiling Isles Titan to be revived in someway. Since it's something that was hinted at with the vision that Belos showed the Coven heads. Even more so with the cut scene of that shows it occurring. And I think the idea is was going to be Belos controling the titan after it gets revived via a different ritual that was meant to occur during the Day of Unity. With the Portal Door being what transports the titan to the human realm.
I'm most excited about Camila's interactions with King, Eda, Raine, Hooty and Lilith now that she's in the Boiling Isles. Also, I wonder how King will react to Luz returning.
I had a feeling that Flapjack's death was going to happen, but it still hurts. Like I said, this needed to happen for Hunter to completely break free of Belos' influence. Flapjack bound himself with Hunter’s heart. His soul is now one with Hunter’s. I’m hoping Hunter can now do the teleport thing as a sign that Flapjack is a part of him. this is my theory for the next episode when they get back into the boiling isles, its most likely gonna be chaos. i dont know how, but when they find Eda and (hopefully) everyone else and they all start hugging and stuff like that. i think Eda and Camilla are gonna be a little jealous of each other but not let it get in the way of their mission. the Collector might have King trapped somewhere so they have to find him. and i really hope that in the middle of the episode when theyre fighting or something, Luz gets knocked down and is about to get really hurt by Belos or some of the towns people or something(they might still think that Belos was acually gonna give them paradise and they think that they stopped it from happening) and Luzs' palisman hatches and saves her. i think its gonna be either a wolf or a snake because of how much they talk about those two animals, but idk. the other coven heads might wanna help them now that they know what Belos was trying to do. if the Collector does have King trapped, King could try to get him back into the thing he was inside of. but thats just a thory A GAME THEORY sorry i had to do that lol
i personally think, the second episode is actually when luz leaves, and so does the other people in the hexside group. and it's when the owl house forms, then king will feel regret, and collectors like, "why are you sad king, we're going to play your favorite game! the owl house!" and king's going to be like "heh, yeah." and then it's going to cut to eda and raine and all the others, and then the end of the episode is going to be luz, camila and everyone else, then they all do a reunion, and maybeee some smooth animation for the reunion and then collectors gonna say "finally, some new FRIENDS!" and its gonna cut to goop belos maybe either laughing or having a vicious plan, but i do not know. hey, that's just my thoughts.
Not so fun fact: Caleb and Philip may have been puritans, meaning that they probably were alive during the Salem witch trials, this also explains their (Mostly Philip's) hatred for witches. The more you know I guess.
I think the Collector might be redeemed by the end of the series, since he doesn't seem to be truly evil but rather than a hyperactive child who doesn't understand the consequences of his actions. Belos on the other hand, he pretty much irredeemable at this point after all the horrible atrocities he caused to the Boiling Isles.

Honestly thought the title was such because it referenced Luz unwittingly helping Belos find the Collector back when he was still Philip and teaching him the light spell. And the title would refer to Hunter as well since Belos possesses him and all.
Like Imagine the gang vs the titan it's self with the boiling Isles falling apart and the magic starts fading (Luz in episode one of season 3 explains this) and so everyone is trying to attack belos but nothing is even hurting him so he prepares to go to the human realm (and then live amongst humanity ) but then Willow tries making plants wrap Philips up so he trips but Belos just walks it off but then king realises that if a titan could stop the collector then maybe a titan can stop a dead possessed titan so he tries tricking the gang into staying on the Isles (or the parts of the Isles that aren't completely gone and destroyed) so that he can try do the biggest WEH of them all shaking the whole planet (or just the place that the boiling Isles is located) Belos turns and raises a fist and king just turns to look at everyone there and then he looks at Eda, Luz and hooty the people who have been with him the longest and then he looks back at Belos doing one of the loudest but not biggest wehs to make Belos tremble halting his first from crashing down into the Isles And then king does the most reckless thing possible jump off the edge hearing the sounds of everybody behind him screaming ,shouting and then the closer ones , calling his name and then as he is about to fall into the sea (I'm not calling it the boiling sea right) he wehs again launching himself toward Belos and then he latches on the Titans leg and climbs up it as he knows everyone is worrying about him and how to get him out of there but then he makes his way to the top not the head of the titan but the shoulder and everything is quiet untill a high pitched roar and as the camera zooms down to the boiling Isles Eda says "the squeal of rage" and after that Belos covers the Titans holes that used to be ears but then the Titans rock hard form was shattered (aka the titan was still and now it's falling /crumbling) and as the skeleton falls along with Belos and king the sea erupts with the water flying everywhere (but for plot reasons the water doesn't get to the Isles ) and with that the Isles start to calm down with a new skeleton in place
There is no possible way for Belos to be able to possess something that ginormous like the Titan's Corpse unless he absorbs a really powerful source of magic, he might end up going after either the Collector or even King in upcoming two specials in order to make that happen.
That is a scary thought, belos going after king. Also, I think there’s a decent chance king’s gonna get that growth spurt he mentioned in clouds on the horizon. (Throwaway line, but you know how TOH is with “throwaway lines.”)

I personally think that the meaning of "Thanks To Them" is "Thanks to LUZ AND HUNTER, they're trapped in the human realm". Hunter was one of the antagonist in Season 2 and managed to get Belos slowly get to his huge plan. While Luz, just like she said in this episode is the reason The Day OF Unity happened and the reason why they're trapped in the human realm. The Hunter part can be a little bit of a stretch i'll admit that, but i do believe for Luz part, but some of your opinion on that has good points
Something I really like about the line callback is that it shows how much their character has changed. The last time hunter said that line he was saying it against Luz and Eda, and now, he was saying it against belos, which shows that he changed teams. And for amity’s it shows how much her relationship with Luz had increased since they started dating. From just being a couple, to a kiss, to trusting each other on almost everything.
Hunter MIGHT get another palisman. I mean he said himself that he wanted to learn how to carve palisman, if he learns he might be able to carve a new palisman. Plus, if Flapjack is a part of Hunter now, he might be able to make another Flapjack.

I don’t even think it would work, I feel like The Collector is whole other being that Belos knows he can’t control once his outside his prison. So that’s why he didn’t try to possess him but get ride of him.

Back in Yesterday's lie, when Vee approaches her friends under the tree, Masha places down three Hexes Hold'em cards. The first one has a moon-like image resembling the Collector, the second looks like a fish with some sort of symbol behind it (I'm not sure what this means), and the third is a skeleton wearing a crown which may signify the Titan. Perhaps this may tell us what might happen in the upcoming episodes...
I had two thoughts about the theories you introduced in the video. 1. Belos possessing the titan- I don’t particularly believe in this one(until a bit now after you mention it) before as I never thought of this possibility, *but* I have thought of an idea of “What if Belos possesses the collector?” Because this would probably be Belos’ only other way of defeating them, by stealing their body and powers(we can only see, but if the collector gets hurt in special 2, I’m calling it). 2. Thanks to Them- The Luz interpretation is probably the most likely for the title. Though I thought how this could apply to Hunter with the group. It was thanks to Luz that he was able to find the truth and someone to trust in, it was thanks to Amity that she gave Hunter a thought that “Hey you don’t have to prove your existence to anyone”, and it’s thanks to both Willow and Gus that Hunter was able to experience true friendship and normal fun things kids should experience. It’s *Thanks to them* he could be able to become the person he wants to be.
Hunter did say that he wanted to go to Hexside and learn to make palismans. The question is when he does, will he make one similar to Flapjack, or will he create something different entirely?

At first I thought the name “thanks to them” would mean the collector because they “killed” Belos but I’m not sure on that now… also if Belos was on earth because of the piece of Belos goop that was on Hunter and that was sentient then that means that the goop in the boiling isles is also sentient so that Belos that went through the portal may merge with the rest of the goop and possess the titan because he can be possessing two things at the same time sooooo… yeah that’s my theory
That would be an interesting final battle. Belos possessing the bones of the Titan and becoming a humongous monstrous abomination. It just sounds like something Belos would do as a final trump card/gambit. Like I said last Sunday I don't want Belos to have a redemption story. It is FAR beyond too late for that. So Belos possessing the corps of the Titan and becoming more of a monster just sounds very much in character for. To Belos all witches are monsters. And Belos believes that in order to eliminate all monsters he himself must become one even at the cost of his own humanity. But we all know that Belos has completely lost his humanity a very long time ago. Both physically and mentally. I know that in a way this is a kids show. But I don't want Belos to be spared in the end. The only outcome/defeat for him would either be death or seal him away for all eternity. Either way Belos has must not be redeemed or spared. He deserves absolutely not even a tiniest amount of mercy. Oh yeah and same could be said for Odalia as well. Don't you agree?

I’d just like to point out, that Luz’s story is pretty similar to Caleb, since they both got “lured in” into the Boiling Isles basically by a palisman. Plus Flapack supposedly belonged to Evelyn, and Owlbert to Eda(lyn) So history kinda just repeats itself. Maybe it’s just a coincidence but still pretty interesting.
I feel like Hunter would not be able to still use magic. Mostly because we see Belos “consume” them a lot, but doesn’t ever actually let him use magic. The only reason he can do magic is because of the glyphs all over his arm in the episode “Elsewhere and Elsewhen” and a small part of a glyph on his arm in “King’s Tide.” The palismen are only to give Belos life. Which is how he is over 400 years old. So Flapjack sacrificing himself for hunter only just revived him. Please correct me if I’m wrong but I tried fact checking what I said.
Actually he has Flapjacks magic as seen in the leak of „For the Future“ 🫣 and there is a difference in how Belos drains the magic of the palismen against their will and lights green, but when Flap sacrified himself wanting to heal Hunter he dissolved into yellow light balls like luz make them with the light glyphs 🤷🏻♀️

I have a potential theory for "The Owl House," could Luz (and humans in general) possibly be something of an amplifier for magic cast by witches? The reason I bring this up is because some of the most impressive feats (outside of Eda's) were performed with Luz either being directly involved or in close proximity to the spell being cast. on my second watch of thanks to them i noticed that when flapjack dies light orbs come out of him making a callback to when Luz first learned to use the light glyph also hunters eyes change color from red to brown meaning he might be able to use magic rather then an artificial staff

The main issue with the idea of Belos possessing a titan is just the shear size of them. They're big enough for life to form on them. Belos is powerful, but he only has so much goop.

when they get back into the boiling isles, its most likely gonna be chaos. i dont know how, but when they find Eda and (hopefully) everyone else and they all start hugging and stuff like that. i think Eda and Camilla are gonna be a little jealous of each other but not let it get in the way of their mission. the Collector might have King trapped somewhere so they have to find him. and i really hope that in the middle of the episode when theyre fighting or something, Luz gets knocked down and is about to get really hurt by Belos or some of the towns people or something(they might still think that Belos was acually gonna give them paradise and they think that they stopped it from happening) and Luzs' palisman hatches and saves her. i think its gonna be either a wolf or a snake because of how much they talk about those two animals, but idk. the other coven heads might wanna help them now that they know what Belos was trying to do.
if the Collector does have King trapped, King could try to get him back into the thing he was inside of.

If any of the people of the boiling isles still thought that Belos was good after literally almost dieing, they are impossibly stupid.
I highly doubt Camila and Eda will fight. I'd imagine they'll both be thankful to the other for taking care of their kid.
i personally think, the second episode is actually when luz leaves, and so does the other people in the hexside group. and it's when the owl house forms, then king will feel regret, and collectors like, "why are you sad king, we're going to play your favorite game! the owl house!" and king's going to be like "heh, yeah." and then it's going to cut to eda and raine and all the others, and then the end of the episode is going to be luz, camila and everyone else, then they all do a reunion, and maybeee some smooth animation for the reunion and then collectors gonna say "finally, some new FRIENDS!" and its gonna cut to goop belos maybe either laughing or having a vicious plan, but i do not know. hey, that's just my thoughts.

I think the Collector might be redeemed by the end of the series, since he doesn't seem to be truly evil but rather than a hyperactive child who doesn't understand the consequences of his actions.
Belos on the other hand, he pretty much irredeemable at this point after all the horrible atrocities he caused to the Boiling Isles.

Honestly thought the title was such because it referenced Luz unwittingly helping Belos find the Collector back when he was still Philip and teaching him the light spell. And the title would refer to Hunter as well since Belos possesses him and all.

Like Imagine the gang vs the titan it's self with the boiling Isles falling apart and the magic starts fading (Luz in episode one of season 3 explains this) and so everyone is trying to attack belos but nothing is even hurting him so he prepares to go to the human realm (and then live amongst humanity ) but then Willow tries making plants wrap Philips up so he trips but Belos just walks it off but then king realises that if a titan could stop the collector then maybe a titan can stop a dead possessed titan so he tries tricking the gang into staying on the Isles (or the parts of the Isles that aren't completely gone and destroyed) so that he can try do the biggest WEH of them all shaking the whole planet (or just the place that the boiling Isles is located) Belos turns and raises a fist and king just turns to look at everyone there and then he looks at Eda, Luz and hooty the people who have been with him the longest and then he looks back at Belos doing one of the loudest but not biggest wehs to make Belos tremble halting his first from crashing down into the Isles And then king does the most reckless thing possible jump off the edge hearing the sounds of everybody behind him screaming ,shouting and then the closer ones , calling his name and then as he is about to fall into the sea (I'm not calling it the boiling sea right) he wehs again launching himself toward Belos and then he latches on the Titans leg and climbs up it as he knows everyone is worrying about him and how to get him out of there but then he makes his way to the top not the head of the titan but the shoulder and everything is quiet untill a high pitched roar and as the camera zooms down to the boiling Isles Eda says "the squeal of rage" and after that Belos covers the Titans holes that used to be ears but then the Titans rock hard form was shattered (aka the titan was still and now it's falling /crumbling) and as the skeleton falls along with Belos and king the sea erupts with the water flying everywhere (but for plot reasons the water doesn't get to the Isles ) and with that the Isles start to calm down with a new skeleton in place

There is no possible way for Belos to be able to possess something that ginormous like the Titan's Corpse unless he absorbs a really powerful source of magic, he might end up going after either the Collector or even King in upcoming two specials in order to make that happen.

I personally think that the meaning of "Thanks To Them" is "Thanks to LUZ AND HUNTER, they're trapped in the human realm". Hunter was one of the antagonist in Season 2 and managed to get Belos slowly get to his huge plan. While Luz, just like she said in this episode is the reason The Day OF Unity happened and the reason why they're trapped in the human realm. The Hunter part can be a little bit of a stretch i'll admit that, but i do believe for Luz part, but some of your opinion on that has good points

Something I really like about the line callback is that it shows how much their character has changed. The last time hunter said that line he was saying it against Luz and Eda, and now, he was saying it against belos, which shows that he changed teams. And for amity’s it shows how much her relationship with Luz had increased since they started dating. From just being a couple, to a kiss, to trusting each other on almost everything.
Hunter MIGHT get another palisman. I mean he said himself that he wanted to learn how to carve palisman, if he learns he might be able to carve a new palisman. Plus, if Flapjack is a part of Hunter now, he might be able to make another Flapjack.

The first one has a moon-like image resembling the Collector, the second looks like a fish with some sort of symbol behind it (I'm not sure what this means), and the third is a skeleton wearing a crown which may signify the Titan. Perhaps this may tell us what might happen in the upcoming episodes...

I had two thoughts about the theories you introduced in the video.
1. Belos possessing the titan- I don’t particularly believe in this one(until a bit now after you mention it) before as I never thought of this possibility, *but* I have thought of an idea of “What if Belos possesses the collector?” Because this would probably be Belos’ only other way of defeating them, by stealing their body and powers(we can only see, but if the collector gets hurt in special 2, I’m calling it).
2. Thanks to Them- The Luz interpretation is probably the most likely for the title. Though I thought how this could apply to Hunter with the group. It was thanks to Luz that he was able to find the truth and someone to trust in, it was thanks to Amity that she gave Hunter a thought that “Hey you don’t have to prove your existence to anyone”, and it’s thanks to both Willow and Gus that Hunter was able to experience true friendship and normal fun things kids should experience. It’s *Thanks to them* he could be able to become the person he wants to be.

I love this episode as it truly the best it could of been due to the time Dana and the gang (hope I spelled it right) had. Can't wait for episode 2.
At first I thought the name “thanks to them” would mean the collector because they “killed” Belos but I’m not sure on that now… also if Belos was on earth because of the piece of Belos goop that was on Hunter and that was sentient then that means that the goop in the boiling isles is also sentient so that Belos that went through the portal may merge with the rest of the goop and possess the titan because he can be possessing two things at the same time sooooo… yeah that’s my theory
That would be an interesting final battle. Belos possessing the bones of the Titan and becoming a humongous monstrous abomination. It just sounds like something Belos would do as a final trump card/gambit. Like I said last Sunday I don't want Belos to have a redemption story. It is FAR beyond too late for that. So Belos possessing the corps of the Titan and becoming more of a monster just sounds very much in character for. To Belos all witches are monsters. And Belos believes that in order to eliminate all monsters he himself must become one even at the cost of his own humanity. But we all know that Belos has completely lost his humanity a very long time ago. Both physically and mentally. I know that in a way this is a kids show. But I don't want Belos to be spared in the end. The only outcome/defeat for him would either be death or seal him away for all eternity. Either way Belos has must not be redeemed or spared. He deserves absolutely not even a tiniest amount of mercy.
Oh yeah and same could be said for Odalia as well.

I think the titles of the next 2 episodes of season 3 will start with O and H because the last 2 seasons had phrases made up of the first letter of each episode. I think for season 3, it will spell TOH which is the abbreviation of The Owl House
I remembered the callback line from Hunter, and a majority of these and I'm glad.
I’d just like to point out, that Luz’s story is pretty similar to Caleb, since they both got “lured in” into the Boiling Isles basically by a palisman. Plus Flapack supposedly belonged to Evelyn, and Owlbert to Eda(lyn) So history kinda just repeats itself. Maybe it’s just a coincidence but still pretty interesting.
I feel like Hunter would not be able to still use magic. Mostly because we see Belos “consume” them a lot, but doesn’t ever actually let him use magic. The only reason he can do magic is because of the glyphs all over his arm in the episode “Elsewhere and Elsewhen” and a small part of a glyph on his arm in “King’s Tide.” The palismen are only to give Belos life. Which is how he is over 400 years old. So Flapjack sacrificing himself for hunter only just revived him. Please correct me if I’m wrong but I tried fact checking what I said.
Actually he has Flapjacks magic as seen in the leak of „For the Future“ 🫣 and there is a difference in how Belos drains the magic of the palismen against their will and lights green, but when Flap sacrified himself wanting to heal Hunter he dissolved into yellow light balls like luz make them with the light glyphs 🤷🏻♀️

I have a potential theory for "The Owl House," could Luz (and humans in general) possibly be something of an amplifier for magic cast by witches? The reason I bring this up is because some of the most impressive feats (outside of Eda's) were performed with Luz either being directly involved or in close proximity to the spell being cast. on my second watch of thanks to them i noticed that when flapjack dies light orbs come out of him making a callback to when Luz first learned to use the light glyph also hunters eyes change color from red to brown meaning he might be able to use magic rather then an artificial staff

The main issue with the idea of Belos possessing a titan is just the shear size of them. They're big enough for life to form on them. Belos is powerful, but he only has so much goop.

Possessing the Titan, waking the Titan still goes back to my one issue, every one would fall off when it stood. Knowing what we know now that could be exactly what he wants to do. But there is also the question does the Titan still exist? also How would any one stand up against the collector when he is so OP? That is if the portal doesn't land every one in the in-between.
