I feel like Confetti just proved once again how little mix are up for growth not just lyric wise bc they've done mature lyrics since the beginning even with singles (that's the tea) but also with music, and new sounds, they like trying new things and they're not afraid of doing it. I respect them so much as artists and I can't wait to see what direction they will be taking LM7
yessssssss
Little Mix really need to claim their own "Reputation Era" (If you know, you know)
@@just_ac OMG YES
@Eunoia Flowers agree. I think they do need to rebrand Little Mix. Now that jesy is leaving it's so sad but it's their opportunity to take their artistry to a new public. A "Reputation era" I think it would be great I know kids are an important public but I do think the majority of their fans are not kids anymore. They need to establish themselves as artists to this new public
@@just_ac yesss because obviously past years are their hate train. a lot of other gg stans are dragging them for unnecessary reasons.
Folklore, evermore, fine line, and confetti are the albums I keep listening to as a whole in 2020. There are not one bad song/songs I don’t like in there. That’s why I love listening to the whole albums instead of just some songs in it.
And confetti deserves better. Literally one of the most underrated album this year just cause they’re a girl group and their US label did nothing..

if you like taylors singles you need to actually listen to her deep cuts. She has never and will never release her best song as singles, shes an albums artist and you have to respect that

I give Selena Gomez Rare and entire bop! She came in and did what she needed to do. The growth in her music and voice is also mentionable !
Thank you! Was genuinely disappointed because this album got me through half the year!! It’s cohesive, the lyrics are stunning, there are a few songs that are truly timeless, the production and her vocal growth are astounding.

Anyone with ears. lol
i'm sorry but i agree with it. i'm an ariana fan but positions just sucks. y'all tell me what do people like about that album? positions just sounds like leftovers from sweetener and thank u, next and it's very lazy
I loveeeeee positions. In my opinion it is a “flop” for two reasons promotion and everything that goes with it. Lyrically and production wise was fantastic but everything that goes with promoting and album made it a flop. COVID-19 sucks. Positions is amazing
@@ddtn11 y’all just want pop ariana get over it 😭 she never TRULY wanted to do pop
@@jaylee1591 Then why release FOUR pop albums?
Megan had the best year of her career, while having the worst one of her career.
Yeah, It all started with the whole tory situation. The album wasn't bad. But Zachary did confuse he liked Tory album better. That's where all the hate is really coming from. And all those old friends of Megan are just shocked at how big she's gotten. Her, Doja, Cardi and of course Queen Nicki Minaj are the commercial female rappers at the moment. It makes sense she's now hated by the hip-hop industry and blogs.
@@kevinrentz8773 I agree with this as well. I find it up that he's uplifting Tory (her abuser) while downing Meg. I find him and his behavior towards Meg to be fishy and also clout chasey especially after how he treated Nicki during her hate train versus now when it is over.
I feel like her style of rap is similar to the way Saweetie’s style has changed, when Saweetie came out with Icy and other freestyles after that she had her own flow that was more unique but later on the songs started to sound repetitive, same thing goes for Megan because when Hot Girl Sh*t came out her flow was COMPLETELY different to what it is now and now it is more repetitive.
@@nancycamiella3108 Yo I like Zachary but I gotta agree with u on this one especially the nicki part. Like this guy literally shitted on her and as soon as the hate train eased up the narrative flipped. Three years later we now know that nicki was right all along🤣
But with meg it's like, yeah her album wasnt the best but to prop up tory over her more than once? It's like damn dude, I didnt expect that from u. This may get me blocked but i feel like Torys album shouldnt have even been mentioned on this channel cuz whether u like him or not the fact is, he shot a woman while she was walking away, that's pussy moves bro.
It's weird how accurate this comment is tho lol

Ungodly hour, folklore and after hours >>>
@@MrBurkistan ummm idk if I agree with thattttttt
@@tochiiii They're all definitely the top 3 albums of the year as far as I'm concerned. However, as much as I adore Chloe and Halle's newest album, nothing on it beats "Physical" on Future Nostalgia -- Dua Lipa's album had so many bangers. I feel like the "Blinding Lights" song alone is also beyond anything off of Ungodly Hour. These two songs are truly the opus magnum for each respective artist and are better than almost anything I've heard the entire last decade. Ungodly Hour is so close though but the best from Chloe and Halle is yet to come. I especially loved the song "Forgive Me".
@@MrBurkistan i love future nostalgia, but tbh it's not as original as ungodly hour. modernized 80s music has been done many times before FN. It just so happens that it's the best version of that kind of music in a long time.
Positions was NOT a flop. She branched off of her usual pop music that her fan base live for. It was more R&B focused and ms ponytail pulled it off!
imo i could not agree with you
The people saying it's a 'flop' don't know what the Hell they are talking about. Yeah, pov is her most successful non single, Positions is STEADY on the charts, still at Top 10 despite the Christmas tracks, the album that earned her 80 million monthly listeners, the fastest album to reach 1 billion streams this year, and also Positions is the biggest female song after WAP this year. HONESTLY, if this is what people call a flop, then every artist should have a flop in their career.
She been doing the same shit since sweetener. Half of Sweetener, thank u next, Charlie's Angel's album, and now Positions. It's time to give that shit up its tired!
I think they only said it was a flop because again they are used to her pop music she was putting out and now she giving us something new

@@afeliz2642 it’s also your perception that Rare is better than Positions and Chromatica. Those two are definitely much better than Rare in my opinion. But to each their own. Positions is my all time favorite from this year along with It Was Good Until It Wasn’t, After Hours, Chilombo, and more. Every opinion is subjective and can’t be taken as fact. So it’s really down to the individual.
@@gratitude7023 well for you, all the critics say positions is bad álbum and we all know that, u just like it bc is Ariana grande and now she’s a trend but anyways, tasteless
@@afeliz2642 lol do you even know me? No, you’re assuming. I’ve been listening to Ariana since her victorious days. The rest of the songs I love because it’s what I like. I don’t like Ariana because she’s a trend, I like her music because I enjoy it. Simple as that. And you’re really bold and nasty to try and assume something. I don’t care what the critics say, I like the album because I LIKE it. Has nothing to do with its reviews. It could be the most disliked album (and according to you, it is) but I still like it. Quit assuming something about a stranger and go enjoy Rare because that’s what YOU like. Shawn’s album, wonder, is definitely a BOP. he really experimented with this one and created some really amazing tracks. Wonder debuted #1 on the BB charts but christmas albums started charting again and after evermore released, the album no longer reigned super high in the charts- if the argument is that it wasn’t commercially successful compared to his previous albums, then that’s true, but i genuinely think this may be his best album to date.
