It seems like this is the last week of the Belichick Era. Win or lose in Germany. Kraft needs to do this mid season to send a message the Patriot Way is done and a change is needed.
Name one coach as successful as bellicheck in the salary cap era. Bill installed an OC and has consistently provided top 10 defenses every year. Everyone asked for a qb, we got a qb, we missed. Only 1/3 first round qbs succeed in the nfl. No coach has had to build a team after a qb like tom leaves. Everyone just hates the patriots and wants to see bill go down in a ball of flames.
Funny before Bill the patriots stunk he made them the top team and is replayed by being run out of town how many super bowls did NE win with out Bill oh yea zero
It's pronounced Vo-lynn. His nickname around here is Trollin' Vollin, because that's what 90% of his articles are about. There's absolutely zero chance bill will be fired if they lose in Germany. Why? Because the Patriots are losing their two best defensive players, and they just lost their two best wide receivers. Of course the teams going to suck, you can't put that all on Bill. If you don't have the talent on the field, you can't put too much blame on the coach. Wait until the team is back and healthy, that's when you can make a real decision, whether or not to keep him
Kraft can still fire him. Remember when Gruden and McDaniels signed lucrative contracts with the Raiders? No one really has job security in this league. You have to win. Belichick hasn't been able to win without Brady.
BB removed clears the path to turn the team around. Not just him but end of the year they need to pile his kids and all his buddies into a clown car and ship them off. NE needs to do a total rebuild but with a lot of cap space and a draft deep in offensive talent, they could turn around to at least be competitive very quickly.
I imagine Belichick will finish out this year and they'll PR spin his departure to be either retirement or some "Mutual parting of the ways". The NFL is generally harsh and unsentimental about moving on, but in his case New England is likely to play the sentimental card. But they will move on from him, short of them running the table the rest of the year.
Nobody blames the players, last year it was all Matt Patricia's fault now its all on bellucheck, get somebody in here that knows how to draft good players!
The biggest mistake was not drafting A.J. Brown or DK Metcalf and not bringing back Brady. I'd also add Belichick benching Malcolm Butler in Super Bowl 52. All of this was caused by Bill.
I know people are meme-ing on the Josh McDaniels situation right now but I think they need to have a similar type of meeting year end. Unlike McDaniels he actually has positives and value to the team. Say "we think these are your weaknesses, someone else is getting put in charge or you gotta go". Then Bill can decide between his intelligence and his ego 🤷♀️ if he bets on himself, idk the recent blows to the patriot way arent looking good for him.
That doesn't matter. Gruden and McDaniels signed lucrative contracts with the Raiders and were later fired. Winning is important. Belichick hasn't been able to win without Brady.
I don't like NE, Belichick or Brady, but I can't see Kraft firing him mid-season, that's an act of ultimate disrespect. The season for NE is basically over, because it's a bad team, and this won't change no matter who replaces Belichick. There will be a deal after the season so that he departs with the respect he's due.
Okay here it is my idea for the Patriots. 1. Promote mayo to head coach 2 bring in McDaniels as oc 3 (if available) bring Brian (and this could be spelt wrong bare with me) Flores as dc 4 and this is the major idea I had about half way through this video being in TOM BRADY as gm

Not only would he never even consider being a OC, but why tf would you want him to be an OC when he’s never had an offensive mind lmao he’s a defensive coach…
Steelers should try getting a losing record for once
@@douglasyandeau4073 still better than Canada
We need to bring in Texans GM and either promote meyo or hire vrabel as the head coach and demote Belichick to defensive duties and we'll be golden I think. Fresh prospective on drafting duties and building the team would really be a change we need in new England
There doesn’t exist a coach who can fix this mess. Tom’s greatness negated opposing team’s elite defensive players and made up for lack of players on offense. Now that he’s gone, you can’t get by with value players anymore and the dearth of talent is manifest. We’ll never see Gronk nor Edelman on another team but, extrapolating, wouldn’t it stand to reason that he MADE them great as well? Have they had success drafting superstars since his departure?
Love how Belichick gets so much hate for the roster he built but yet no one gives him credit for the Super Bowl winning rosters. For some reason that’s all Brady but now it’s all on the head coach. Agreed it’s time to move on but people love to hate
I'm on board the Drake Maye train at this point this seasons a loss
And you think Belicheck gonna use that draft pick on him?? Lol he can't draft for shit on offense
It seems like this is the last week of the Belichick Era. Win or lose in Germany. Kraft needs to do this mid season to send a message the Patriot Way is done and a change is needed.
I think it's more likely that the Patriots make Bill O'Brian the Interim Head Coach. I can also see the Patriots drafting Quinn Ewers next year.
As a life long Patriots hater. This is great to see
Why isn’t Jones taking any responsibility and held to account?
He is
@@AcePilotX2 No he isn't he always makes excuses. Even the last game he didn't take responsibility and the commentators even said this.
@@Dude-etiquette he never said anything that was putting the blame on anyone else. He is not playing well, and that’s on him, and everybody knows it.
Bill o Brian they need to get rid of him (a friendly Texans fan warning)
Name one coach as successful as bellicheck in the salary cap era. Bill installed an OC and has consistently provided top 10 defenses every year. Everyone asked for a qb, we got a qb, we missed. Only 1/3 first round qbs succeed in the nfl. No coach has had to build a team after a qb like tom leaves. Everyone just hates the patriots and wants to see bill go down in a ball of flames.
Josh McDaniels should head to the college level. I’d love to see him develop Connor Weigman at Texas A&M
Wait until the team is back and healthy, that's when you can make a real decision, whether or not to keep him
3:40 (5:02) exactly. It’s hard to say this is on the coaching. If anything look at changing seats for GM
Bruh we went 10-7 2 years ago he has had a winning sesson post brady
That was only do to an easy schedule lmao, and we could only beat the bills because of a fucking blizzard game 😂😂
And we got blown out in the wild card round by that same Buffalo team
47-17 loss to the Bills. Remember that? Belichick won one playoff game in 10 seasons without Brady. He's garbage.
Can they put Bill on injured reserve? Like concussion protocol? Lol!🤣
J&D I don't think you got the memo that Bill Belichick just signed a lucrative contract extension during this offseason.
Kraft can still fire him. Remember when Gruden and McDaniels signed lucrative contracts with the Raiders? No one really has job security in this league. You have to win. Belichick hasn't been able to win without Brady.
Correction. He's a below average Head Coach without Tom Brady behind center. Over 10 years of evidence proves that...
I’d rather someone who’s never been in the organization. I want Sean McVay
I’m loving former players getting opportunities to be head coaches
Dame said that in one of J Coles songs. Truly a w qoute
I think its more likely he gets fired after the season not during the season but who knows
Bill deserves enough respect to be fired in the off-season
Nobody blames the players, last year it was all Matt Patricia's fault now its all on bellucheck, get somebody in here that knows how to draft good players!
Guess who’s the GM…
Its almost like a franchise QB is pretty important
Firing Bill would be the biggest mistake in our franchises history.
Nah the biggest mistake was not getting Brady back
The biggest mistake was not drafting A.J. Brown or DK Metcalf and not bringing back Brady. I'd also add Belichick benching Malcolm Butler in Super Bowl 52. All of this was caused by Bill.
I haven't seen it this bad since the 1-15 year before Kraft bought the team.
Didn’t he sign that contract
That doesn't matter. Gruden and McDaniels signed lucrative contracts with the Raiders and were later fired. Winning is important. Belichick hasn't been able to win without Brady.
They still have Bill O’Brien 😂😂😂😂😂
Biggest bomb on this team so far...followed by Adrian Klemm!!!!
The New England Patriots need Adam Gase to take over with McDaniels as the GM
Patriots won’t see the post season for decades. Watching the drama unfold in the meantime is hilarious
what??? how is JMD as a offensive coordinator without Brady
Colts getting the last laugh on Bill
No way they make a coaching change mid-season. His legacy can't save his job, but it will allow him to leave with his dignity.
When you look at how bad things have gotten since Brady departed, I think we can agree that Lombardi is still the #1 coach of all time
I don't like NE, Belichick or Brady, but I can't see Kraft firing him mid-season, that's an act of ultimate disrespect. The season for NE is basically over, because it's a bad team, and this won't change no matter who replaces Belichick. There will be a deal after the season so that he departs with the respect he's due.
Didn't he just sign an extension?
Okay here it is my idea for the Patriots.
1. Promote mayo to head coach
2 bring in McDaniels as oc
3 (if available) bring Brian (and this could be spelt wrong bare with me) Flores as dc
4 and this is the major idea I had about half way through this video being in TOM BRADY as gm
They arent firing him mid season he has earned that at the very least
Bill Belicheck is not going anywhere. He needs real talent.
As a patriot fan since Flutty it ain't no dam Fucking way they going to blame the team performance on Bill The Goat Mac Jones needs to get his shit together 😤😤😤
Bill always looks like he just inhaled a really rancid fart (possibly his own!)
I feel like the Pats are going to get the #1 pick and be like “Well we have to give Bill a chance with Caleb Williams. Maybe he’ll be the next Brady!”
I don't think Belichick will be fired. I suspect he'll "retire" at the end of the season. (Let's say he'll be strongly encouraged to retire).
Mark Davis… DO NOT HIRE BELICHICK ! I repeat DO NOT HIRE BELICHICK!!!! You made this mistake once DONT DO IT AGAIN
Hale NO to him coming to Washington .
bill needs time
All this shows is Tom Brady carried Bill Belicheck during his career as a Patriot. Just to put an exclamation on it, he went to Tampa and won a Superbowl there. While Brady was s Patriot he averaged a Superbowl every other year. He was also in the playoffs almost every year. Belicheck was the reason they got rid of Brady. Kraft understands this. Now the only thing we are waiting for is when Kraft will fire him
Bill doesn’t want to retire until he wins another one WITHOUT Brady, it’s all an ego thing. Also, there’s no way in hell NE fires Bill during the season.
Brady saw the writing on the wall and left
would be really silly to fire him as a coach
Bill o brien at OCordinator, McDaniel as a QB coach or something
Thank god you don’t run the patriots
@@BillyBob-ti2fz what do you suggest then? Mac was damn good as a rookie with McDaniels system, we drafted a game manager not a Patrick Mahomes 2.0 also qb isn't the biggest problem if the ofense in general is lacking in every aspect
