Thank you for that hot tip about backing removal! Going to be using stickers like yours on little plastic bins.
you should wait 24hrs before removing the backing tape to allow for the glue to cure into the substrate
Saved me. Thought what I bought was a waste. So weird how it doesn't stick at all until completely detached from the transfer back
Would it be better to use HTV on a silicone/rubber cover?
The adhesive on HTV is made to melt and penetrate fibers. As there are no fibers on silicone for them to attach to, the adhesive won’t hold long term, if at all.
Is the pink laptop cover silicone?
It’s hard plastic with a rubbery texture on the outside. I don’t know that it’s silicone. The decals stayed on for well over a year before she decided she wanted something else

It doesn’t stay.. Any other tip?
It may help to sand the area a little first. It also helps to leave it untouched for 48+ hours after application to allow the pressure sensitive adhesive set.
