I honestly am just so happy and proud that Chinese makeup can finally change its reputation in western media to being “cheap” “unsafe” and just “bad” in general to being beautiful and gorgeous
But the product are tested on animal,is it not?

@@bezzerwizzer6448 this is a foreign law, chinese brands don’t have to test in china... only other brands outside of china that want to sell in china have to do this mandatory testing but as of 2020 they have changed some of their laws and allowed some companies to be sold without having to be tested. so in summery, chinese brand = can be sold in china without testing on animals

Wow, the fact they have REFILLS for eyebrow pencils, I've been waiting for the makeup/skin care manufacturers to realize that refills is a thing considering the amount of plastic we're putting out everyday. Time to contact my friends living in China lol
Hi thank you very much for reviewing these products! I’m one of ur fans from China! Just here to provide some more detail information about this brand and products for my lovely international friends outside of China. This brand is actually pretty famous in China and the products are mainly sold online on Taobao. This gorgeous set is produced with the concept of the Miao ethnic culture “silver” cuz Miao ethnic is well-known with “silver jewellery”, that’s why the packagings are full of silver. This set is designed to cooperate with the Educational charity project for girls of Miao ethnic founded by the brand, and $10 RMB will be donated to the charity when each set is sold, that’s why this set is relatively more pricey compared to the other products in this brand. Also normal cosmetics products that produced locally in China do not needed to undergo animal tests.
I honestly wouldn't mind the cost, not only it was for a good cost the product itself looks stunning

Hi Wayne, thanks for making review on Florasis. It's actually a new brand in China but gone viral among the customers for its beautiful packaging and its quality. The setting powder is actually their most popular product. And also, you have so many fans on Chinese RUclips! And as one of them, I'm so glad to see you reviewing sth from China.
I understand that people are questioning Chinese products for safety reasons. But time has changed and we've got progress. I hope more people would know more about Chinese products and leave their prejudice aside. ❤️

Some comments here reflect that but most people do understand and will make an effort to find out more on topics they don't yet have knowledge of. He didn’t mention it but the brushes are 100% White Jade and real silver. That’s why they have serious weight. I’m waiting for my set to arrive. I’m hoping the Heaven Gaia palette and Jade earring set becomes available soon

I've been using their products for so long. their products are absolutely gorgeous. And I'm happy that the western media has discovered them and praise them highly. Unlike how usually Chinese products are perceived as cheap.

The packaging is inspired by Miao culture, a minority in China. And the packaging contains real silver (e.g. the cushion foundation has over 10 g of silver) that are made using historic traditional techniques used in making silver jewelry.

The whole presentation is gorgeous, they didn't miss a beat when they designed every part of these products! This video went so quickly because this is something I really haven't seen done by brands it was fascinating. I am finding I just keep thinking of more & more adjectives when I see these products & I am truly not usually overly impressed with what is put out lately. I am not saying other products are not good but they seem to just keep trying to put out new palettes as opposed to focusing on an exceptional product. I personally would prefer to have quality products that I love and I am going to get use out of then to just get something to say I own it. Perhaps it is because I am in my 50's now but then again when I younger even the better brands had palettes that were available for years because they were workable. The same could be said for foundations or hair products, yes it has recently happened again a product that works well for me & has for years has been discontinued. It takes so long to find something that works while not causing sensitivities only to have to start the search over again.
Thank you again for taking the time to do an honest review without any insanity or drama. When you present something it is like sitting with a friend talking about their opinion on something not a sales pitch on the shopping channels. lol

I have learned to avoid Chinese makeup as it is often contaminated with lead and melamine and talc. This new top end brand Hua Xizi, Floriasis has me super keen to trust and try it.
