Good storing tip on the batteries. I stored my film in the freezer actually. My brother used to work in a camera store back in the 80's. Oh I saw the forecast for Wednesday. 4-8 inches. I thought we were not going to get much snow this winter. Wishful thinking. 😆
Yeah, I thought for sure we dodged a bullet with the snow this year, but maybe not. It's still coming!
Morning Russ. We used to store our batteries in the fridge. But now we have too many. We have a nice rack for different sizes in our laundry room pantry.
👍
I love Menards. The ailes are wide, clear and clean. Product is easy to find and stocked well with great selection. The 11% rebates should return for the year soon. Yes, I mail mine too. And I prefer having one method / place to send and track them. You can track their rebates online. I have a shopping list started for Menards as the 11% rebates will return soon. And, you also get 11% when you use your rebate.
Most brands of batteries are good, but I don't like Rayovac.
👍
Storing batteries in a refrigerator doesn’t extend their life. It doesn’t hurt them either but there’s no advantage to store them in a fridge, lots of testing has been done on this. I’d post a link to a famous study but thought it might get kicked. A Google search will bring up lots of studies.
Yes, it can’t hurt it as long as you keep them covered during storage in the refrigerator (I keep it in their plastic boxes).
