Just thought I would give it a try. One of my mates did it and told me it was simple if you follow the instructions. Worked out well. 🍻

Hey mate, quick question - how's the clearance when tilting the motor all the way up? Im looking at doing the same with my boat, similar though not the same, but same motor, and just wanted to be sure it won't clash when it's tilted for transport?

You have to watch it when raising. If the cables or fuel line gets in the way it’s not ideal. I’m still able to raise enough to get a block of wood in to hold up for travelling . Just be careful and watch it. 👍🍻

@@theserenityhunter788 I had the same question. Is there enough clearance to put honda motor's lock lever down when it's tipped up?

@@theserenityhunter788 thanks for the reply, am looking at the 3 options 1) $985 BSA 2) $1269 BayStar 3) $1,650 Seastar - all AUD of course. I might bite the bullet on the BSA after watching your vid!! how was the bleeding / refilling? and any maintenance so far

No maintenance at all thus far. The bleeding and filling I did by myself. It couldn’t have been easier. Very happy 🍻
