I guess you would need to drill into the bed of the truck. :( that being said this is a genius idea and you can always replace the bed rail caps if needed. Thanks for sharing
I like this setup, modular is what I need, and I can piece it together as budget allows. For those looking for the rails, at rhino rack’s site, they are under cap/topper parts.
Love that system. I incorporated that idea onto my Ram 2500 for my CVT and love how it turned out. Thx for sharing your idea and putting all the info about your rig out there. Great build and love watching your channel.
If you plan on keeping that truck and want to keep that rack on while having a tonneau cover look into peragon covers, mine was pricey but man I love it, you loose some bed space due to the way it folds into the bed but your stuff sure as hell will be secure and damn near water tight
Hi, I really like your bed rack system simple and cost saving , if you could share to us the details of all parts you use pls provide to us, I would really appreciate so I could build this kind of system to my f150 truck..Thank you for sharing your video.
Unfortunately no, but it is rather straight forward. Just be sure to do good measurements on centering the tracks before drilling out your holes for the mounting bolts.
What is the length of the awning? I am looking to install mine on my bedrack but do not want it to hang over the back too much. Sweet build by the way!
Thanks for the video. Just about exact setup I’m interested in. I can’t get an answer from rhino racks on the dynamic and static weights though. I’ve got the vortex racks and you have heavy duty. Do you know the weights for yours? Good job.
Hi there can you give me the link what product is it? I want to put one this summer on my f150 im trying to find the product in there website i couldn’t find it. I need the rail and bed rack same set up with yours please..
55” RTC Tracks, HD Legs and I believe 76” Cross Bars, all can be found on Rhino Racks Web Sight or eTrailer. The Tracks are intended use for a camper top.
I realize the video is old..but thank you! Been looking for a bike rack system..I have the BAKFLIP too. I almost gave up
Love you dad

More videos to come, I have a lot of awesome new parts and just added new addition to my fleet. 2020 held up a lot of things.
Great set up. Is this the last video??? None since December? When are some new ones coming?
Yes I have more videos and a lot of great new parts. I have also added a new addition to my fleet. 2020 put a bit of a damper on things.
How many holes did you drill to secure the track ?
I believe it was seven on each side

What size of bolt you use in the track? Did you tap a thread for the bolt ? Are rivets a good option too?
Did you record the install? Do you have any instructions about the installation process of the side rail track?
Unfortunately no, but it is rather straight forward. Just be sure to do good measurements on centering the tracks before drilling out your holes for the mounting bolts.
I love your set up. Think you could post the links to your set up? I have a Power Wagon and have been looking for this set up. I love it.
Leslie Hosteen I did this setup and it works great
@@Ta2d4evr62 you think you can post links to the stuff your got? Thanks
How did you mount the track system to the bedrails?
They come with bolts that slide through a channel on the bottom of the tracks. I drilled holes through the bed cap and used nut and washer.
Question: Did you install the rails first or the bed cover first? I have the exact rail system and am waiting on my cover.
I actually installed the bedcover first. This gave me the measurements on where the rails needed to be placed.
Very helpful. Thank you.
Not sure is you have a bedslide yet; if not check out one I built here for my last truck. ruclips.net/video/pQQnVP402zg/видео.html
What hardware do I need to secure it to the sides?
The tracks come with hardware, but you will want to switch out the hand Tightening wing-bolt they come with and replace with nut and washers.
Looking for the links.... been looking for something like this for months!

Am looking for this kind of set up

What is the length of the awning? I am looking to install mine on my bedrack but do not want it to hang over the back too much. Sweet build by the way!
The awning is an 8’ x 6.5’, I believe it is the part# is the ARB 2000

Unfortunately I do not know the exact weights, but I can assure you it is more than efficient.
How did you mount the tracks? Did you rivet them to the bed or drill holes and bolt down?
The tracks were around $100, they are bolt to the bed sides.
Did it come with hardware to bolt it thru the sides? It doesn't what do I need?
@@Motoworkx80 can you post a picture of the hardware for side tracks?

You can purchase all through rhino rack, I believe all in I paid roughly $300
Anybody know what type of rail track system this is?
Im also wondering about the same thing.
Can you please provide part numbers?
