You talk to them properly, in the way you want to be spoken to. The guys, I found will step up their game once they see how you talk and present yourself. They will start to talk more proper or try to... at least that has been my experience! You have to teach them because they may not be sure how to approach you! Let it be a teaching moment because some men think all women are alike. So you have to introduce them another side! Don't talk down to them but try to encourage them to kind of step up a little bit.
