Hmmm, the tape doesn't actually name names. Evidence in a court case has to stand up to the defence arguments, even when it's bloody obvious on the face of it. A good lawyer could probably argue that tape away without more corroborating evidence.

Is she trying to be balanced? The headlines on these posts often seem to exaggerate the content. The question is will the jury be convinced he covered up the story specifically to help his election campaign? Is there convincing evidence for this or is it implied? It seems a bit less than overwhelming to me, unfortunately. She may be trying to bring some realism to the table.
She's simply pointing out what the prosecution still have to establish and where they will probably go next in laying out the story for the jury.
Every country should require all companies and trusts to disclose who ultimately owns and controls them and make this information public.
