I like you trailers but will only be buying aluminum built when I buy here next year I like to only buy one that dose 100% of what I hope to do and I only buy for life if you think your going to be making your trailers in aluminum we can talk and set up an order

5th generation Texas boy here looking to get one of these.. really wish I could find one. Can get financing just can't get one.. in love with the lime green.
Hutch 9700 series suspension is the reason i bought my BigTex trailer.. I use the trailer almost everyday. Hauling big skid steer, excavators. And small dozers sometimes. And everything else in between. I am tired of throwing ramps up and down.. the electric brakes are not the best. Really have been thinking about a FMaxx 210 or 212. With xdr ramps or hydraulic tail. But it is hard to justify that extra cost..
On the hutch suspension can you adjust it to where you rise the deck height. Like adjust it to where there is a little more space between the top of the tires and the bottom of the deck?
Can you go over deck height on the Fmax series for the 207 and up? Would like to know if they are all the same or how the deck height changes. Also dove tail to ground clearance would be nice to know as well
Great video. At the 7:52 minute mark, the front bag is exposed to the road. For those on the road 24/7, that's a lot of exposure. Potential risk of road hazard hitting and damaging the bag. Could a vertical guard be installed at the factory to shield and protect that front bag?
I see you did a video on the Shocker coupler and in this video you mentioned the Gen-Y coupler. Do you have a preference, or have your customers given you feedback about which is better?
We believe that both are great hitches. However we chose to offer the Shocker based on the fact that the air pressure can be adjusted depending on the load whereas on the GenY they have different tongue weight rated hitches and you have to choose the one that closest fits your application. If you’re pulling the same load time after time that’s cool but so many of our customers carry such a broad weight range of cargo we felt the adjustability of the Shocker made more sense.
I am fixing to jump from RV transport to my own hotshot company. Can I purchase my trailer direct from the factory or do I have to buy from a dealer ? If so where would be the closest dealer to North Alabama ?
Hi there! We don’t sell factory direct. You can find your nearest three dealers at www.diamondc.com/find-a-dealer We have Southeastern Trailer & Equipment in Wetumpka, AL. Thanks!
I tried quoting for a my fourth Diamond C trailer and haven't heard back from dealers yet. Do y'all happen to have 10-12k torsion axles with disc brakes? Looking to build a super heavy duty 26' lpx trailer
Hi Marcos! Thanks for stopping by. The biggest we can go with on the LPX is 10K but unfortunately due to the specifications of the disc axle it’s only available on the LPX in drum.
Hi there! Great question. We only sell through our dealer network. You can find your nearest three dealers at www.diamondc.com/find-a-dealer. Hope this helps!
Thank you for the reply! We actually have had very few issues with the Viair Compressors out of the hundreds of them we have installed. They are pretty hearty compressors as long as they are maintained. 👍
@@diamondctrailers the are ok compressor just not good for long terms. You should look into the oasis compressor they are real heavy duty. That what i have installed on my trailer and more happy than the viair. One oasis compressor equal to 5-6 viair compressor 💪. Tip of the day 👍
f the suspension nonsense, i just want a lift axle for the gooseneck, that way when empty you aint dragging that extra axle around, it'll make your trailer less bouncy, increase mpg, decrease tire wear, decrease trailer wear etc etc. if someone can execute that well, its a multi million dollar idea.

The air ride is definitely worth the investment. The trailer does not get beat to death. So everything lasts longer, especially your back.
Aluminum wheels baby!!!! Only thing missing from PERFECTION 🥰😉💯🇺🇸
Coming soon! 😁
For non cdl weight, yes great option. Steel for heavy hauling.

What about the torsion axle set ups ?
Your vids are great. Educational while of course also promoting your own products.
Awesome video. Very informative, especially the bit about the air-compressor set up. But I didn't see the "Torsion Suspension"
mentioned...
The air ride setup is sweet

Personal opinion is some form of leaf spring is king KEEP IT SIMPLE

Can the Hutch suspension be used with single wheeled axles or just dual wheel? Maybe it's overkill in that situation. I was just curious.
That’s a great question! Hutch can also be used on the 10K and 12K axle single wheels. 👍

Wishing there was a suspension upgrade for the 7-10k singles…
You can upgrade from normal leaf spring to torsion on the 7-10K axles. 👍

The only problem with air Suspenssion on this trailer is the compressor that all this trailer manufacturing put (viair) are not good

Help me with the address please. I live in Fl. I need 40ft
What if my truck has air brakes and trailer air supply, that will do away those pesky batteries
Great question! It could be re-worked to plumb directly from air supply on the truck to eliminate the batteries and on board compressors.
